My account was hacked last month, and I got it successfully. support team recovered my security information.
Now I have a problem, when I connect to my account, I get an error "you have been blocked by your parent.

  • I can't access my account brightness, im logged in as temporary profile, my operating system is windows XP

I can not access my account im logged in as temporary profile, brightness, my operating system is windows XP, I have two user accounts admin and user, user account has administrative power, when I am connected to the user automatically signed in under the temporary profile account, I can't access my user profile.please help me!

This happens if you have a corrupt user profile.  Windows detects this and log in with a temporary profile.  Whatever you do, do not save all the data of your temporary profile as it will be deleted when you close.  You will probably find all your files from your profile missing in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\Utilisateur\Mes Documents.

Recovery of a corrupted user profile is not too difficult.  Follow the instructions in one of the following articles:

    Original title: Windows Mail

I use Windows Mail (Vista OS) on my home PC. Can I access my account from another PC?  If so, how do

You will need to create an account on the other PC the same as the one you have now.

    On both machines:

Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced - Check: leave a copy of messages on the server.

On a single computer only, make sure to delete messages after X days to satisfy your allocated space that you get from your server.

If it doesn't is that for a brief period of trip example, you might be better parcel just connect to the Webmail of your server site.

    Hi jojo

You would not believe what happened.

The problem got worse. Subsequently, the system refused to even give me a sign on another wifi network other than that I'm a.

I leave the matter for a few weeks before I turned on the laptop.

I showed that I needed the Microsoft updates, after which the laptop worked like nothing happened.

Its a mystery of technology that I will never understand.

  • [I can't access my account on the MAC program second]

(Sorry if I posted this twice, my browser was and I can't request I posted this or not)

    Hello

Today, I created a new Skype account. I already had one for years, so this new account is my second. I tried to sign up with my new account, but I couldn't select the menu drop down. I could only select PAL.

I tried signing in via the site Web on my new account and start the program again, but I can only access my old account.

I've tried clicking the sign with another account button, but that doesn't help.

Does anyone know how to make a second account appear in the menu drop-down?

Please keep in mind that I use a mac, not windows

I added an attachment showing what looks like my screen connection (with comments)

Nevermind, I already found a solution to the problem. I'll type the process for those who have a similair problem:

1 double click on your name in the drop-down menu, you should be able to type on it

    2. Enter your user name and you connect with your password (for your new username)

    3. you should now be connected to your second account

    4. Select Connect under file

    5. you are now in the login screen

    6. If you click on the drop down menu, you can now see two user names.

  • Can't access all accounts

Of the writing work that I can't use the PC at home.

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 hours ago. The installation seems to go straight up what the PC restarted last.

Previously, I had 4 four accounts on the machine as follows: -.

    1. My user account (Admin)
    2. My wife (Admin) account
    3. My girls (standard user) account
    4. A guest account (standard)

On the last re-startup, the system restarted in the 4th account as a user with limited programs, etc.. I do not see where or how switch user or log out.

I have looked at the settings and can see my account and account of my wife, but I can't access it.

So, we have no access to Office, Skype or what we had previously. My wife is unable to access his e-mail.

I do not use this PC to access the mines that I also have laptops of business which is my main tool.

I have not upgraded to 10 Windows on the laptop that the upgrade will only be available shortly before I left for work. Now, I would be very reluctant to upgrade anyway, in which case the same thing happens to the laptop.

Any suggestions on how to access other accounts?

    Hello!

To confirm that the user accounts still exist on your system:

Open Comand prompt (start-> Search box enter cmd.exe)

    In command prompt type:

    NET user

    Lists all local users

    net localgroup administrators

It lists all the users who are in the Administrators group.

Log in as a user different CTRL + ALT + DEL press and click on change user / Logout.

If this is not the case, all users appear when connecting, to activate the user account that does not show:
Press WIN key + X (key to VICTORY is the Windows key on the keyboard between CTRL and ALT), in the menu, select command prompt (Admin)

In the command prompt window that runs with the type of administrative privileges:

    net use name_of_user/active: Yes

where name_of_user is the name of the user you want to enable.

  • Can't access administrator account, "user profile Service service has no logon.

I can not access my user account who is the administrator account. An another user account on the computer (standard account) is still available, however. (Which doesn't have a password). I use Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit?).

I get the following error message after entering my password:

"The service user profile Service has no logon.

User profile cannot be loaded. »

(Note: the word "service" is repeated in the error message.)

I have not deleted all the files manually, or altered by the profile and have not installed all the software until the problem occurred, but I'm running anti-virus software (as always).

I tried to turn the computer power and repeated logon several times in the last 12 hours, but with the same result.

My profile is damaged? Is it possible to access my user account without implementing the user profile?

I used this Microsoft Support page using the method 1 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215/en-us

It worked perfectly, & took only 10 minutes to complete. You must have an administrator account substitute, you can go to access these folders.

    Good luck!

  • We have a PC with Windows 7 and have had it for several years, but now can't access my account.

We have a HP PC with Windows 7, and the normal uses are e-mail, online banking, etc, very few games and these. In the last week, I have been unable to sign my account when I try to do it I wonder an administrator password that I don't have, nor had he ever. I can access some of my files through my son's account but not almost those I need. How can I get my account back once again?

    Here you go:

    1. Set your BIOS so that it uses the DVD drive as its primary boot device.
    2. Start the computer with your Windows 7 repair CD.
    3. Press a key when prompted to boot from the DVD.
    4. Select 'PC Repair' in the menu.
    5. Select 'Repair' when prompted.
    6. When you are prompted, select System Restore.
    7. Configure Windows in two weeks.
    8. Plan ahead a little and create, test and document an alternative admin account, same as you have a spare emergency House key. This will save you a lot of trouble.
