Microsoft and hp did an automatic installation of windows 10 and that my old system was windows 8 Andi want to return because the internet explorer 11 is now 64-bit and Windows 8, it is 32-bit, this i where the problem is, a lot of sites do not support windows 10 due to the Explorer currently 64-bit, ibecause now I can't pay your bills online that's why I want to go back to windows 8 , but I can't because then installing windows 10 he has deleted all the files of windows 8 operating system and many other people are having the same problem, microsoft made a remote server to try to find the problem but after 4 hours, they told a lot of people have had the same problem and there was nothing they could do hp says the same thing, now, I thought that I or we had 30 to change my or our spirits come back back so why cant I go back, windows 8 has been preinstalled on my laptop to hp should have the windows software code 8 then why slope they send me this code so that I can have windows 8 , microsft also said that me [i] properly installed windows 10, once again why cant I return to windows 8 and b4 a replys I and the foregoing did all the tests on my laptop and the only thing that remains is for hp to reinstall windows 8 on my laptop, because I have to use my very old another laptop running xp to pay bills online , then what is the point of upgrading to windows 10 and having to use windows xp on old laptop and what was the point of buying me a new laptop last year
I pressed the button for windows accecpt 10, but read all about it very carefully before installing and it asked to save all of my files that I made, microsoft and hp recommemed I installed windows 10 but you have 30 days to change your mind, windows 8 has been preinstalled and he warned an installation of usb media and says all the websites are supported so u take all this in any good faith, I'm not a super user just a plain person who wants to use his computer and when I want to and do not have all these hassle to write things up and find a hell of a lot of other people with eactly, same problem, microsoft installed a 4 hour remote to find if it was my fault or the fault of the laptop and found nothing and told me it was a problem with 10 windows and they said as a lot of others having the same problem where they cannot restore when they want too, if microsoft had said that there are a lot of sites supporting windows 10 then don't you think [IE me] would wait b4 I installed windows 10 also microsoft has in an email said to try to get these sites to upgrade why the fak must do this, like I said, I don't want all this crap I want to just turn on the laptop and use bloody like most people and not microsoft and hp did not force me but they recemended by e-mail and through my warranty upgrade so that was what I did the second , the only one the way back he semms is hp have my original numbers of windows software 8 not as I regis this sytem with hp, then u would have thought to email me windows 25 digits 8 none for me to install software, microsoft must make it clear that this windows 10 is not supported on the sites of somes and hounor cancellation of 30 days , and what is the bet that they contact me after 30 days and say oh u can't go back, but if you have done this or spoke to them u might have rollback, and this second would make it even more of a pain fffffff.

can't get back into windows after a system restore
I ran a system restore on my desktop running windows vista edition Home premium 64-bit. half way through my screan saver restoration opened and collapsed the restoration ended. After a few hours I shut down the computer. now when I start my pc it runs all preliminary functions and allows me to choose to either start windows failure, safe with fast back or normal mode. If I choose the mode safe mode (with or without back) through a loading phase where it shows everybody that it loads, it stops on a cdc.dsk file, and then processes to a black screan. If I choose load windows normally it goes to a black screan. the windows vista I have is one that came with the pc, so I don't have the disks to run. is it possible to fix this or did I just turn a pc $1500 in a very expensive papper weight?
If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/
ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How to get Vista recovery Media and/or to use the Vista recovery Partition on your computer.
There is no Vista free download legal available.
Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.
Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
Ask them if you can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.
They will tell you how to do this.
Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.
Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.
If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
Satellite L750 - Windows 10 - can I roll back to Windows 7?
I upgraded to 10 Windows in Windows 7, but I lost the wireless driver and cannot download it from anywhere (unless you know better). Also, I lost Internet Explorer. When I tried to download the system I have an updated copy even though God knows where he is.
My question is - can I roll back to Windows 7, which I was pretty happy?
As much as I know L750 is not supported for Win10 so I think that the best option for you is to go back to Win7.
After several problems with Win10, I did the same thing and I am happy now using original Win7. -
Can't come back in windows 7 since Ubuntu
I started Ubuntu for fun. But now I can't get rid of it! I have a file .iso windows 7 how use it on Ubuntu 12.04 to return to Windows?
I really need to get back to windows soon!
I tried to use the following text:@ EasyBCD
@Unetbootin-linux
@Even simply face (or) my image .iso to a DVD to burn!BUT, through hard work.
PLEASE HELP ME!
Hello
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Answers.
The last thing that you need to be slightly modified - burn ISO image means use a suitable burner to burn the file on a DVD, not just copy or place the ISO image to a DVD. The contents of the ISO image must be visible when you insert the DVD burned; should not be in the form of image IS in the DVD.
If you do the above method, you can use the initialization of Windows installation DVD and install windows. If you have any questions answered here.
How can I go back to Windows XP from Windows 7
Our new computer came loaded with Windows 7. After several months, I still do not like it and want to go back to Windows XP. Is it a simple fix or do I have to do a full reformat?
If your new computer comes with Windows 7, you would be required to get a copy of XP and do a clean install. However, your computer manufacturer has perhaps not all drivers for XP.
You should check with the manufacturer.
There is no such thing as a downgrade to Windows XP. You had to make a
You do not have to be equipped with Windows 7 to install Microsoft Office
2010. as long as you have Windows XP SP3, it can run 32-bit Office
Went to 10 Windows, can't get back to Windows 7
I downloaded Windows 10 on my Dell Optiplex GX520 Windows 7 computer and I didn't like Windows 10 so I tried to go back to Windows 7 the next day. Something went wrong and now my computer will not boot at all. I think I need a full system reinstall. Microsoft will pay for this? Or Microsoft will send me a disc re-setup simple-to-use with all the necessary drivers?
Microsoft will not pay to reinstall the system, nor the resettlement of discs with all the necessary drivers.
It was a Window XP, but we decided to update to Windows 7 and the graphics drivers is crashed or something. They were not lying for Windows 7, and I need to go back to windows XP. I have a Windows XP installation disc, but it is lying to new computers with no operating system on it yet. Is there a way to get rid of Windows 7 and then install XP? Or y at - it an easier way to simply install XP and it gets rid of Windows 7 by itself. Help, please!
Can not get the latest Windows 7 security updates
you want to say thank you in advance to anyone who could help me with this problem. I was not able to install the new updates of security, and I don't want to leave my computer in a vulnerable state, so any help is super duper enjoyed.
I have a desktop running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Service Pack 1. I bought the parts of the computer separately, so it did not come with a pre-installed Windows OS.
Since about two months ago (when I installed Windows), I was never able to find the updates by using Windows Update. It crashes just on the "check updates" screen I have yet to get error messages, it crashes just on this same screen, with the bar that goes from left to right.
After a week or two, I noticed that Windows has not been activated, and all I had to do was re-enter the product key. Now that Windows has been activated, I tried to look for updates again, same thing, it of just always looking for updates without results.
In the Windows Update window, it says:
Final check of updates: never
Updates have been installed: never
You receive updates: for Windows only
I have some important updates, the value "Install updates automatically (recommended)" every day at 03:00.
I have Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320, status: success, installation Date: 17.8.2016 (the same day I installed Windows)
2 updates installed: KB976902 (installed on November 21, 2010) and KB2534111 (installed on August 17, 2016)
I searched the internet for possible solutions to the problem, and that's what I've tried so far:
I tried troubleshooting Windows update with the tool in the Control Panel, it hanged on "Check for updates online", so not much luck with that.
Scanned with Avast Antivirus computer a couple of times, has never found a virus.
I downloaded the WindowsUpdateDiagnostic tool and tried, I got the following:
Problems found
Windows Update, error 0 x 80080005 (2016-10-16-T-12_49_06P) is not fixed
Registration for the service is missing or damaged fixed
Fixed problems to install the latest updates
Fixed problems to install the latest updatesAfter that, still can't anything when I try to search for updates in Windows Update.
I tried to download and install KB3172605 from Microsoft Download Center update, I had read that the update was to make the search for updates in Windows Update faster. Download was successful. Then, I stopped the Windows Update Service. When I tried to install, but I was left with an error message saying that the update was not applicable to my computer.
Subsequently discovered on Belarc Advisor, downloaded and ran the program. He tells me that I have a total of 148 updates security missing, here is the list:
Is it worth trying to leave to search for days even? Also can I disable my firewall and antivirus during this time, or is it too risky? I am reluctant to do it, because I SLEEP in the same room as my computer is in (and the cpu fan can get really loud).
One thing that I thought about just today is that I always shut down my computer at night. Since updates are planned to install at 03:00 in the night, interrupting this process by stopping the computer down every night? Should I try to simply put it to sleep instead, for a few nights?
We appreciate once again, if anyone can suggest what to do in this situation. Responses from anyone who has had the same problem and managed to resolve it might also be useful!
Thank you!
