  I work with lightroom on OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 5.7.1

  I built a lightroom preset with "lens Corrections/Lens profile Corrections" checked as well as the 'process' and 'Calibration '. They are the only 3 boxes checked and therefore "Aberration of Corrections / chromatic lens" is not checked.

  The preset apply lens profile correction successfully when I use it in the develop module. However, when I use it on import, the 'remove the Chromatic Aberration' box ends up also being checked in the develop module lens Corrections Panel.

  Is this normal?

  Concerning

  'Remove the Chromatic Aberration' is probably from your default development module settings. I don't know if it is the default value for the installation, but you can change it. You will need to do this for each camera model that you use:

  (1) open a raw file in the develop module and click on the Reset button at the bottom of the right panel area. This returns all your development settings to their default settings.

  (2) check or uncheck the option 'Remove the Chromatic Aberration' under correction lenses as you wish.

  (3) press and hold the ALT key and then click on the button Reset, which should now say "Set Default".

  (4) in the pop-up, click "Update to current settings".

Since I installed the game, whenever I play it stops, saying that "Games for Windows Live could not... etc" I looked up the solution on a microsoft forum, and he said to rename the folder c:\windows\system32\catroot 2 by stopping the cryptographic service.   HI there, I am also having the same problem, I tried to leave the desktop application and exploitation forest on the creation of clouds but still can't remove the OOBE folder?

  CazCop in the #4 in this discussion post, the error message indicates that you don't have administrator access.  I recommend you to work with individuals or the organization that runs your computer to install updates.

  If you believe you should have administrator access then please log in under a newly created administrator account and try to apply the updates again.  You can find details on how to create a new local administrator account to Troubleshooting from Adobe: create an account to administrator in Windows .

  Hello, I hope someone can help us with this problem.  We have just installed Framemaker 10 (included in our Technical Suite 3 package) and we don't see any options to be included in the FILE menu.  (eg. import, publish, return, etc..).  This is a new installation and we tried to uninstall/reinstall w / no luck.  On another PC Windows here however, file options contains everything it should.  Please see photos below for reference.  Any help is very appreciated!

  It seems that you have "Quick Menu" active. To change the full set menu simply select display > menu > Complete.

  Try to update the drivers using Windows Update.  If this does not work, try the versions of Vista of Intel and Ricoh under Chipset drivers on the website of downloads & drivers for Vostro Notebook 1500 . Make a restore point first.

  CC Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID.

  It may be Windows or Mac as Adobe CC is platform independent.

"Setup cannot initialize the startup folder" then "Setup is unable to run install.exe" and "system cannot find the specified file (error = OX80070002).»

  I had this problem too and couldn't find an answer: what I found was that I tried to install and failed.   When I looked in the C:\ drive, I found a temporary installation directory.   Here's what I did to clean:

  (1) keys to success (Windows + R) and type c:\ (or whatever your system drive is)

  (2) look for a folder named WINDOWS $. ~ BT

  (3) Rt click on the folder and rename to OLD_ WINDOWS$. ~ BT (it won't erase without admin perms, so you'll need to clean it up later.

  (4) to open the Task Manager (click on rt on the Windows Start bar, select Task Manager)

  (5) find and select "Installation of Windows 8 (2)" or "Installation of Windows 8.

  (6) choose end task

  Result:

  Try running the installer again and see if it works now.   If so, when you're all finished, don't forget to go back on your C: drive and delete the OLD_$ WINDOWS. ~ BT Directory

• Can I just install Microsoft text-to-speech voices?

  I don't really need full language packs, I really care about is having the text-to-speech voices.  Is it possible to install just the voice of text-to-speech for different languages, or that is available in the language packs?

  I installed two language packs successfully, Chinese and Korean, but since then, any other language module, I tried (Japanese, Spanish) fails to install.  Troubleshooting windows update tool did not work.  Clean boot has failed.  Delete the folder under SoftwareDistribution\downloads that contains the .cab has failed.  I'm not going to reinstall the operating system.  It's still a fairly recent installation (Windows 7 Pro upgrade).

  Is there a limit to how many language packs, that I have installed in Windows 8 Pro?

  After getting the same error on 2 other machines of Windows 8, I tried upgrading to Windows 8. 1. I had once through a few problems doing this, install several language packs finally worked.  so my conclusion is that several language modules are broken for Windows 8 (more a number of updates), but that the problem has been resolved in windows 8.1.

  (My first attempt to upgrade to windows hung 8.1.  After trying to clean boot and the Assistant to update and still not, I found the page I recommend stop transfer of update services and background, delete the contents of the Windows\SoftwareDistribution direcdtory, restart the stopped services, then try the update again.  After that I could start the update again and successfully complete.)
