  I checked your account using the email address you use here in the forums - there is no subscription associated with that email address. So, that means probably that you be signed using a different e-mail (Adobe ID), to be subscribed through a mobile applications (via the AppStore).

  That said, the subscription that I think you are referring (ExportPDF, which costs $19.99 / year) has never been free. We offer free cloud storage, so maybe that's what you think.

  In any case, you can either follow the instructions in cancel your subscription or membership.   To give you a point of view when you talk to Adobe, the cancellation fee is part of the user agreement that you accepted when you registered for the subscription. Then, they told you about this before you even signed. They have mercy (and I hope they do - I was a struggle once student who had to work my way if College), but if they are not, consider this a life lesson right to read contracts before signing their.
