I get a message saying could access the location %APPDATA%\ network when I try to uninstall itunes

I tried to restart my computer to see if it would reset and I also did a system restore... nothing works

Method 1

I suggest that you try to uninstall QuickTime first and then try to uninstall iTunes, check that it works.
