  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver three times as well as restarting the program and my PC and I still have this error.   When I ran the HP print and Scan doctor, I was instructed that the driver is unable to communicate with the product, but this has not been resolved by uninstalling & reinstall the driver such as already mentioned.

  If the problem persists after you perform the steps described in the document, try to scan via printers & faxes if you have Windows XP or devices and printers, if you have Windows 7/8. You can find it via the control panel. Here, you should have an icon for the scanner PSC 2175 (he probably called something like PSC 2170 series).

  OK, Bob. This give a try.

  First, open a new file and make sure the background is white, not on Transparent that I suspect you have currently defined.

  

  Then, type your copy. Your layers panel will then look like the top of this picture...:

  

  and when you drag the text on the image layer, it will look like the lower part of the sample above.

  You can then position the text layer with the tool move

  When you try to create a layout of desktop-based Tablet or phone you can get 3 options open to copy the layout of office. This do not understand the content placed in the pages.

  

  However, you can view each page individually and can copy the contact that you want to move the tablet or phone. then open the same presentation page of the Tablet/phone and use Edit > paste in Place then move and resize the elements according to the size of the layout.

  How do you mean that you connect it with your iPhone? This isn't something you need to do for mobile LR.

  In LR Mobile, when you import photos into the application, they are synchronized via Adobe Creative Cloud. When you open LR CC on your desktop and connect using the same Adobe ID on the phone, the photos will be automatically syncs down to the office. There is no need to connect the phone to the PC.

  HI - sorry for the late reply.  It does not resemble the printer hardware, so I wouldn't worry about the printer being the end of his life.  At this point, I think that I recommend to uninstall then reinstall the printer software.  This problem seems to be really driven by the computer/software.  This document will guide you through the uninstall of the printer.

  This document will guide you through the installation.  If you no longer have the CD that came with the printer, you can download the latest driver of the printer from here.

  BTW - nothing has changed between the time it worked, and when you started having the problem?  (Installed new SW, other hardware changes, etc.).

  'control userpasswords2' run box or the start search box and then create the new user account.
