  What you are trying to upgrade to? I see that you have an ExportPDF membership and a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack (both are active with automatic renewal on). Actually not need both, like the feature that ExportPDF offer is also included in Adobe PDF Pack.

  In all cases, please log out and empty the browser's cache and then reconnect. If you're still having problems upgrading, please contact customer service. An agent should be able to help take care of it quickly.

I'm having no trouble opening the document HERE, but much of the written text is highlighted with a pink clear color however there no option to turn off highlighting. All the text is highlighted. Is there anyway I can change this? Is the text you highlighted because it is a free trial version? Can someone help?

  You see the result of the preferences > Type > highlight substituted fonts

  You must have at least a missing font, so there's something to address.

  You want to switch to the standard version? If so, this is how I suggest to do:

  Clean reinstall it

  We use this name, but it isn't about deleting your settings, this is to ensure that the program, files are clean (not incompatible, corrupt or exotic code files). As described below, this process does not disrupt your existing settings. Don't uninstall NOT Firefox, that does not need.

  (A) download a fresh Installer for Firefox 40.0.2 of https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ in an ideal location. (Scroll down your preferred language).

  (B) the release of Firefox (if any).

  (C) to rename the program folder, either:

  (Windows 64-bit folder names)

  C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
  

  TO

  C:\Program Files (x86)\FxESR
  

  (Windows 32-bit folder names)

  C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
  

  TO

  C:\Program Files\FxESR
  

  (D) run the installer downloaded to (A). It should automatically connect to your existing settings.

  Note: Some plugins can only exist in the old folder. If it is missing something essential, present in these files:

  • \FxESR\Plugins
  • \FxESR\browser\plugins

  You are probably just seeing a message offering it for download, if you do not have an Android phone, you can safely ignore it. Do not update your Firefox on your computer but, you are using an older version. Update Firefox to the latest version

  If you search your system for the file, maybe you find because as your AV software may be quarantined / deleted the file, but given that the AV software was not sure about the startup item, she let alone... pointing to a file that does not exist, where the error.  These things you have trouble hand.

They say the information they hold comes from Microsoft. My caller ID lists like V052409070106, phone # (202) 011 - 3341. What is everything. Also, my PC is not crash or freeze because I installed it 2 years ago. I am running Win 7 Pro with Microsoft Security Essentials and windows Firewall behind a Cisco router.

  Tina, I looked at the page in the current version of Firefox and do not see your "s" randomly. I also searched a stand-alone "S" in the code and did not find a single instance has highlighted. Maybe you were able to fix it yourself?

  My only thought is that if you originally gave your div id "contact-photo" the unnecessary apostrophe could be the culprit. There is no apostrophe in the name id now, so I don't know.
