  Download (and install) the latest driver for all video player is installed in this laptop specific.  The manufacturer - not Microsoft.

  I have just a first Pro CC and for some reason any video keyframe in the timeline function lights. The Add/Remove keyframe function is not highlighted and won't turn on. It works very well in the audio part of the timeline, but not the video. To change the opacity on the video, I have to go in the effect controls panel to make it work.
