  Once you get OE open, then you can follow the advice of Bruce to set up a new identity.  Once this does not work very well, and then click file | Import | Messages to bring them into the new identity.

  OE has problems with its Bank of messages and data, that's why you got the error at first.  So make sure that you perform frequent backups of messages, because sometimes they get corrupted and lose you.  See the other points on this page referenced above, in particular, #3, 4, and 6.

A few days ago, I walked into the safe directory services mode with my MIRICAL admin account! I don't know what I got RIGHT on the admin account that is functioning normally, fiddling around with it in Control Panel administrative tools to make it work. I am amazed! HOWEVER! Satan is back! Operating system Windows don't would not install error and AVG has got in the way. I couldn't uninstall AVG so I got riped off and removed as many files as I could. But suddnely I decided to change my admin password and now it does not accept the passwords, all passwords I have in my head and that you know are right that I memorized for many years. I had a password reset OF what USB made from my Windows, but it always says error when you try to change the admin password! and it is this that just blocked it, by the look of it. now I am locked out of this time, as well as access deined. I have no USB keys and had to format the reset to try one of your user bypassess, but as usual USB or DVD cannot be read on startup. I tried to download and bypasses creating a USB DVD but they will not play to restart, regardless of how I set the bios to read the disc, it may not be ready. I must run going in the security mode, when I could. Disturbances on reboot Windows freezes and so the installation screen of win 7 Home premium. I was able to run the windows installation operating system, directory services safe mode, but it collapsed when AVG got in the way. Now, I can not run it again. I can't run anything. I have upgraded to win 7 ultimate with a 26 keys that said they were rejected, but when I restarted I got win 7 ultimate.   Two things may apply here.  The first is that, in fact, someone stole your credentials because you signed in to your mailbox using a public hotspot.  If you can still access your mailbox with a web browser, on a private network (such as your home network) and change your password to something complex and unguessable, using at least 10 characters, the characters being a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation or special characters.  Who must thwart those who have stolen credentials, denying them access to your mailbox.

  Problems with the version 10 and nVidia drivers began about a year or two ago - when version 10 was already on two years and two generations of old. So I'm not sure that adobe is going to offer a fix for an old version of the program. Particularly when the nVidia drivers seem to be originally.

  Certainly, you can contact Adobe Customer Service and see if they go on you some sort of agreement on another version of the program. Or you can take a copy of old or second-hand version 11, 12 or 13 on Amazon or eBay for pretty cheap.

  I heard about people who work around this problem by loading a previous version of a driver from nVidia. But those who seem to be options. The least likely scenario is that Adobe will award a fix for a four-year program.
