  I just purchased a subscription for the creative cloud a few days ago and have been changing my short film on Premiere Pro. I had all my sequencing, most of my sound editing and most of my color ranking. Everything was fine. Suddenly, tonight (I had only been editing for a few minutes and had the majority of my work has saved the day before), I received an alert that tells me an error has occurred which would force Premiere Pro to quit smoking, although she would try to restore my work. I thought that this wouldn't be a problem because I had barely begun to edit and much of my work has already been registered. However, when I have opened Premiere Pro, another alert popped up telling me that he has tried to restore my work and would not therefore create a copy of my project, so I agreed to it.   This could be because of the graphics processor.

  Go to the Lightroom preferences > Performance > uncheck "use the graphics processor.

  You can install free revel if you are a paid subscriber or not. I don't know why or how you got to pay apple site. Maybe you clicked on a link.

  On your ipad and iphone, you can go to the app store, search for revel and press "install". There is not a new version for mac, but you can go on the mac app store and install version 1.10.

  Is there an automatic update on demand. When I turned on my computer, it ran a CHKDSK. I saw that he has deleted a file named $I381.   Remove the battery, connect your laptop adapter only and try starting your laptop running. When the laptop boot and OS is fully loaded, wait a few minutes and reinsert the battery.

  If everything is OK look carefully if the battery will be charged correctly and when battery LED is green (fully charged battery) try to turn off your laptop as usual. Turn it back on and carefully monitor what is happening exactly.

  Thank you very much for the help.  I solved the problem by uninstalling the software and then create an admin login.  I logged in as admin and downloaded the software, installed, then it worked fine.
