  You will probably need to buy a new mouse.  I don't know of any place that sells all the dongles.  Any place that sells computers should be able to sell a replacement mouse.

• Bluelight arc Touch mouse makes the pointer randomly Jolt autour

  My mouse Arc Touch Bluelight constantly makes the pointer randomly shaking and spazz autour, rendering it useless for any kind of serious work.

  The mouse is new, pilots are recent and the receiver is right next to him. Other mouse are functioning normally in this computer.
  I hope there is some kind of a fix for this, because it makes this completely useless pretty expensive mouse.

  OK, I have finally installed. FixIt program find nothing, however. IntelliPoint is installing or uninstalling in there list...

  The problem was the center of the keyboard and mouse. I removed which, and then the Intellipoint Setup program has agreed to run.
  I'll post more if the mouse works correctly even with this driver, but I have to try for awhile. I must point out that it is confusing that the mouse and the keyboard Center is the first program listed on the support page, when it doesn't work properly with this mouse and even stops the good driver installer.
  But yes, thanks for now, I'll add more if I find additional problems.

  Nano transceiver can be shared to Arc keyboard and mouse. There is a frequency set for each device, and once shared, the frequency will be inconsistent.

  The mouse is paired with your PC via bluetooth and works very well.  (Please re-read that last sentence before you send information on how to pair.)

  However, when I open the Microsoft Mouse and keyboard Center, it says "no device detected".  For example, I can't change the settings of the mouse. There are the most annoying rattling noise that I would turn off.

  2 steps on how to install the driver in compatibility mode:

  a. do the driver installation file right click and select properties and then tap or click on the Compatibility tab.
  b. check run this program in compatibility mode.

  c. press or click the menu drop down and select a previous operating system, and then tap or click OK.
  d. try to install the driver and verify.
