  a single-user license is for one person and not be shared between 2 people.  In addition, this user cannot use a computer at a given time.

  I'm operating from digital publishing house, and I'm an individual subscriber of CC.

  When I use DPS generator app for ipad + iphone app, the DPS is only show iPad as a default option.

  And it is not possible to register kiosk app either.

  How can I do ipad + iphone app that supports fully the kiosks?

  Is it possible the upgrade from individual to professional/business subscriber?

  You will need at least a professional account of DPS. Creative cloud allows only single edition iPad apps.

  I got creative cloud through my school, so I should have full access to all my Adobe apps (ie: Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign). I had to clean my laptop and everything has been removed. After connecting to Adobe and download creative cloud again, I found that I was able to install the tests of 30 days instead of the full product.

  I already made contact with my school and they took contact with Adobe apparently, but there is nothing that anyone could do. Maybe I did something wrong? If anyone here knows how to solve this problem, I need to know as soon as POSSIBLE.

  I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums and I see an active subscription on it.

  Please refer to the help below links: ( make sure you use the same Adobe ID / Email ID that you used to purchase the subscription )

  Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

  Adobe Creative Cloud apps back in test mode after 2015 set CC to update

  * NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.

  First of all, disconnect, then back into creative cloud, using adobe id to pay for your subscription.

  It works no different that on your first system – app install CC, log in, install the programs. If you have specific questions, you need to better explain and provide the necessary technical information such as specification of the system.

  Using my old Email to open a session allowed me to see my current subscription and I was able to update my credit card.   Thank you very much!

  I get the error above Cresative Cloud and exen when I try to download Adobe, I get the same error. Other applications I have works fine, I can connect to Adobe, I can access Adobe site, so it seems to be a specific problem to Adobe. I turned off the firewalls, etc., but without success.

  The specefic error message is 'No Internet Connection'.

  Any help much appreciated.

  I own a license for Photoshop CS6 and I'm not a subscriber to the creative cloud, but moments there is an installed update the CC app on my computer and now I can't seem to find the Adobe Application Manager.   The CS6 Adobe Application Manager has been replaced by a similar application called Adobe Creative cloud.  He manages all updates for my CS6.
