I m trying to install Creative cloud on my new mac.

I ve turned off all the apps on my old computer before trying to download creative cloud. I get this error message when you try to install a newly downloaded application "cloud Creatibe Adobe is necessary to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damages. Please download and install a new copy of the Augsburg cloud"what goes wrong?

    If you have not tried steps below, you can try:

    Step 1)   [* I think you had trashed these folders already *]

    Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

    (Applications > Utiliites)

    Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.

    Step 2)

    Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well. [* I think you had trashed these folders already *]

    [Library files will be hidden and may not appear in spotlight search results, so we will need to manually access]


    Step 3) [the user's library]

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder .

    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol) *

    ~/Library

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe. (If you had already removed all Adobe app, simply rename file Adobe Adobe-old here)

    Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

    Step 4) [System Library]

    (1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.

    (2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

    / Library

    (3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe. (If you had already removed all Adobe app, simply rename file Adobe Adobe old here)

    Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 5)

    Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:

    Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ." or select clean all the option to remove all Adobe apps just for confirmation late once.

    Step 6)

    Click on the link below and download Adobe Application Manager and install the same:

    Once installation is complete, niche is going disappear, and then open the Application folder and locate the icon to launch Adobe Application manager, double-click it and update.

    Once the update is complete. It shud launch Adobe Creative Cloud app.

    If you still get an error even, let us know, we can proceed with additional measures such as the permissions of folders or user Root or deferred CC Installer Direct account.

    What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account

    Trying to install creative cloud, stops at halfway and gives me "error Code: 1'." When I looked at what that means, it tells me to uninstall, then try again. There is nothing to uninstall. I disabled my firewall and disable all security software. Even went to the properties to UNLOCK program to settle, giving permissions to all. Even as an administrator. Even tried in safe mode, nothing. Same mistake NEVER ONE TIME! Then I downloaded Adobe Assistant I think that another program... It installs and shows that the installed programs, but what that leaves is a folder on the desktop with the name of 2 programs, but there is nothing for them.

    Using the Support Chat from Adobe is the ONLY way it worked! It just took about an hour. But I insisted for them to take over my computer. There was much too much that they had to do, open, and delete stuff. They had to download additional software to try to solve it. They had mistakes throughout, but now installed InDesign Creative Cloud AND. As I said, ask them to do it for you because it's worth against the endless hours, I tried to resolve the question of my own, search the forums, make suggestions, without success. Once I saw my program PASSES the bar of 42%, I knew that they fixed. They will still open the program to ensure that it properly installed. If you highlight the contact on the Adobe site, answer a few questions and then click on NEED of EXTRA HELP. Then connect to the chat. TOTALLY FREE! And you just sit back and watch everything they do, for about an hour. How long approximately it is. But they know what they're doing for sure. As I said, I tried all the available on websites, forums, chats and connect them directly to my computer support, IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED they are awesome if you get someone who knows what they're doing, unlike only one, that I had later in the night, which had no idea. I've disconnected and got another person, which sets the creative cloud. Now the rep just fixed and installed InDesign. Save yourself the extra stress as if I was, because I was so frustrated! They are awesome

    We got installed creative cloud! Perhaps my solution can be yours as well. I just spent time with Adobe cat and Rahul removed in my Mac to delete these files (see picture below):

    Also, he has deleted these folders "OOBE" (see picture below):

    After I saw it deleted all in relation to the Applications Adobe handler. After deleting these files he ran the installer again and it worked. I hope this helps!

    Hi jeff when installing creative cloud for office, we have this problem, tried everything but without success on the mac OS x lion the message that gives creative clouds for the desktop application on installation is: 48 error code, a critical file cannot access

    I got the app but I decided to remove it because I connected in other machines, windows journal told me to close the session on the other machine, I did it and then started problems

    It is a terrible response.  I've migrated three days ago and am still stuck in a never-ending cycle of errors trying to get CC to function on my brand new MacBook pro.

    Thanks for your follow-up.  I found myself on an online chat that guided me through a process to solve my problems.  The most common error was on the CC Apps page, where I have been informed a download error, with instructions to contact technical support or to download Creative Cloud.  It seemed that I needed a clean uninstall of CC, but whenever I tried to do, I received the message "CC uninstalled with some errors.  It's frustrating, because I was in need of a clean uninstall to reinstall, but I couldn't get a clean uninstall successfully.

    I would add that some best solution from Adobe seems to be necessary for users who migrate between Macs.  I was quite careful to follow the instructions from Apple, including the update of apps installed before the migration.  I was expecting some problems during this migration, but honestly, the only problem I had was with Adobe CC.

    In case this is useful with future users, here are the instructions of Nirvan in Adobe support that finally solved my problems:

    Mudassir: Close the creative Cloud Desktop application.

    Mudassir: Please open a Finder window, click go > go to folder.

    Mudassir:, and then type as ~/Library/Application Support / and press ENTER.

    Mudassir:, Please rename the folder Adobe as Adobe_old

    Mudassir: Now open the folder search to spend once again, in this type/library/application support / this time and then click OK.

    Mudassir: Notice that this time it's just/library and the ~ symbol is not included.

    Mudassir: Now, rename new folder Adobe in Adobe_old

    Mudassir: Now open the finder window and press it command + shift + U key.

    Mudassir: It will open the Utilities folder, then remove the Adobe Application Manager and cloud file Adobe Creative.

    Mudassir: Please now open utilities activity monitor.

    Mudassir: Then find below process and end them one by one, if they are present:

    Mudassir: 1 cloud creative

    Mudassir: 2 CoreSync

    Mudassir: 3 CCLibrary

    Mudassir: 4 Office Adobe services

    Mudassir: 5 broker IPC Adobe

    Mudassir: 6 demon Adobe Crash

    Mudassir: You can complete the AdobeUpdateDeamon as well.
