A Comcast tech checked the problem and determined that the problem is with Windows Mail and not Comcast.   Here is the answer.  Log in to Windows mail.  Click on tools.  Access accounts.  Click on your username.  Go to properties.   Click on the box under servers, click the box my server requires a secure outgoing connection. This must be a POP3 connection.  Under incoming mail must say: mail.comcast.net.  Under outgoing mail it should say: smtp.comcast.net go to the Advanced tab, your outgoing mail must be 587 & your incoming mail must be 110.  None of the boxes requiring sure connectrion must be verified on the Advanced tab.  On the general tab, you must enter your mind to email Comcast.  On the Server tab, incoming mail, you must enter your username & password.  Also, not everyone at Comcast knows what is happening.  I had to tell me that my email problem was caused by a virus, when in fact, it is because their system was down.  They had me go to Microsoft.com download a virus removal toll which has led in turn to make me lose my all the Windows operating system.

  Tools | Options | Send | Mail sending Format. HTML settings. Ensure that: send pictures with messages is enabled.

  If this is the case, create a message of your choice with a photo and send it to your self. You see the picture? Does show in sent items?

  All the above OK? The transmission always delivers the case, or sometimes? If the latter, it may be the way that the image has been sent to you and you have no control over this.

  You may also have a stripping safety program attachments. Ensure that the analysis of e-mail is not enabled in your AV program

  I have two email accounts configured in BB. We're working. It, a gmail account, stop receiving emails in the last two days.   Thanks for your suggestions. In the end, I managed to get it working again.  Here's how:

  As part of the PC Gmail: Inbox. I have "ignore filters" (apparently not there) and after a few minutes I started to receive emails on the BB.

  The message you sent was a great, so Windows Live Mail (assuming it's the program you use) he fell down in several messages that needed to be reassembled at the other end. Not many customers to e-mail or services use this method these days, so you'd better turn it off.

  I suggest two things, remove the account from your device, restart and add new.
