Hi, I have two plans of the association, but I have to cancel the monthly one.
I tried many ways to cancel, but it really is impossible. I have hidden of course how to cancel.
I want a quick solution. It is very bad of a company like Adobe.

None of these links solves the problem for those who have joined the Brazil. The problem has been resolved internally by any Adobe employee reading this post and was personally cancel my monthly plan. Thank you.

Can I cancel my plan creative cloud but keep typekit?
Is it possible to cancel my plan creative cloud but maintain my current typekit account?
I had my plan Typekit since before Adobe bought, once I have signed up for Creative cloud plans have been combined.
I now no longer need my CC account, but I still need to keep my Typekit account in order to continue to support existing Web sites.
I can't find any info on this as a procedure or any obvious was to achieve through the CC interface.
Any help much appreciated.

We are happy to hear that you want to continue to use Typekit! It is possible to change your account to a standalone plan of Typekit portfolio, but takes assistance from our team of engineers right now.
I think I've just answered in an e-mail of support from you, but if not: Please send the Adobe ID you use for Typekit at [email protected] so that we can get this support for you.

I currently have a monthly membership to whom I pay full price for. Just, I became a student made and would like to change my plan for student member. However, when I connect you and click on Plans and products, there is no plan of the displayed information. Looks like if I don't have an account, but I know that I've been getting charged every month, so I have to have a plan! Without a link to the map on my profile, I can't click to change anything... what could be the problem here?

I checked with your Adobe ID on the forums, have not any subscription registered on it, which means that you may have used an e-mail to subscribe.please try a different email id and check.
Or, please send the adobe id in a personal message to me that I will check and let you know that.

I bought the full one year plan creative cloud, then a week later received an email it offers for $400 less? Has anyone cancelled their plan, then took advantage of the offer email?
