I opened creative cloud and there is nothing else but a white screen.
No menu at the top, not applications nothing. I used your .zip uninstalling and reinstalling 3 times. I deleted the content of the OOBE file, as indicated in one of your pages. Running Windows 7, enterprise environment. Has worked when I first installed. Downloaded apps to work independently, they just don't fill the Creative Cloud software.
I have used the cleaning tool cloud creative to remove all creative cloud programs, rebooted, installed Creative Cloud Desktop and everything is fine. I am re - download my programs now. The cleaning tool is very convenient and although I'm not familiar with the BACK, it is easy to use.

First, close your office cc application.
Then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

I just bought my monthly plan for above programs and I am trying to download Adobe Creative Cloud as well as all other programs, but after downloading the adobe creative cloud and installation, the application installer is not where. Programs such as photoshop and indesign will not begin even download from the download page, even though it says "program download".

I would ask to connect with a correct email address. The area of the screenshot says * @ otmail.comg. However, it is supposed to be hotmail.com.
Rename the following file to connect to cloud creative app.
1 Opm.db to Opm.db_old.
2. location: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE.
3. start the creative cloud app, connect to it with correct email.
Please come back if the problem persists.

If you are getting blank screen after the launch of Creative Cloud Desktop app then delete opm.db should help. Please remove all content of this site.
C:\Users\(your username) \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
If you found 206 error during installation then try changing the connection Wifi local network and vice cersa. Alternatively, you can try to disable your software firewall as appropriate.

If I understand correctly, you can not go beyond the initial start-up of advertising screen Apple music. If there is not a link that says go to My Music under the pink button to join Apple music I would start by exit music:
1. press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used.
2. slide to the left to find the application you want to close.
3. push upward on the overview of the application to close.When you have done that reboot the device and test again the question:
iOS: switch off and on (restart) and reset
That should refresh the application and you allowed to continue. If this isn't the case, you can also disable the Apple's music in your settings:
Go to settings > music...
Show Apple music: Apple music members can show or hide the music content from Apple. To hide for you and new buttons, turn off show Apple music.

After sevice pk 2 I did nothing but chase problems, 10 pilots down in a single night. Now it starts only in safe mode byitself and system restore it impossible of access that has not helped the only time where he worked finally unable to access updates windows either. At Mr fix it to work on things for houirs, but now his party and I cannot get safe mode and its so limited after problems, I spent this week all treat them w/problems. · What happens when you try to start in safe mode or normal mode?
