  Preferences have been deleted via a checkbox during uninstall from Control Panel > programs > Adobe Photoshop > Uninstall.

  I had a problem where my computer works perfectly well with high-end and software with the exception of the following games Adobe CC 2015. I used it extensively before with the same PC so the change suddenly has baffled me. This is an accurate description of what happens.

  After many failed searches, I decided something that was probably deep in registry/system files was corrupted, and it was more effort than it was worth of it track down and eliminate as Liam Neeson of catch. So after you formatted the SSD drive and reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 8 on it, I guess I was in the clear.

  I was wrong.

  Exactly the same thing happens, and I am very confused as to why. I've updated to the latest graphics drivers (as advised by someone else with the same problem), but I still get this error. Windows tells me that the driver for the SSD is up-to-date.

  Also, I saw someone say they corrected the mistake of playing with their tensions, but not a pro BIOS and having bad experiences with the BIOS before screwing, I decided against it. Could this be something to do with undervolted components that do not receive enough power when Photoshop opens? (Tensions are all set to Auto)

• Two fatal error when starting Photoshop

  When I tried to launch Photoshop CS6 extended 64-bit today (out of the blue) I received two error messages and the program does not open:

  1. unable to load actions because an unexpected end of file was encountered.

  2A could not initialize Photoshop because the preferences file was invalid (it has been deleted).

  I thought it had something to do with maybe a monitor calibration file deleting because I think it could have been a third post about it (who can remember all of this), then I recalibrated the monitor and two messages above continue and the program does not start.

  Any ideas?

  Looks like the corruption of the General preferences.

  You will probably need to go through the process of deleting key three preferences in order to get Photoshop working again.

  Hold down Alt, shift, and control at the same time immediately after cold Photoshop start.  If you're fast enough down the keys, it invites you to remove all the current preferences, which will lead to a reset all default preferences.

  You also have to be precise!

  If you receive an error rundll in opening, exactly what what would you say (be specific, not paraphrase).

  It is extremely unlikely that SFC will help you, but you can if you want to get frustrated time and waste.  If you have a genuine XP installation CD bootable which has the same Service Pack as your installed version (most people don't) SFC will complain - a lot and you will be in for a frustrating waste of time.  Suggestin SFC is akin to saying "I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it.

  There is no XP file called qyevopl.dll, so if that's what you're seeing, it sounds like your system is currently or has been affected by malicious software.

  You should tell us about your system and then run some known for malware scanners.

  It makes no sense to try to repair a system that is afflicted with malicious software, so if you still have the problem after scans run clean, then we can solve your problem.

  Since the implementation of the Microsoft Answers forum does not ask for any kind of information system when a new question is asked, we know absolutely nothing about your system.  Not knowing the basic information a problem prolongs the frustration and the agony of these issues.

  The afflicted system has a working CD/DVD (internal or external) drive?

  You have a genuine XP installation CD bootable, which is the same Service as your installed Service Pack (this is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

  What do you see (exactly) that you don't think you should see, and when you see it?

  If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

  Download, install, update and do a quick scan with these free malware detection programs (not at the same time):
