I sign of Creative cloud on a single computer in order to open the Captivate on a different computer.
I have a subscription to Creative cloud and a separate subscription of Captivate. I use the cloud on a PC and Captivate on another PC. These two are working PC. I also use my subscription of cloud at home. When I go to work and try and open Captivate it forces me to disconnect other computers and reconnect. I don't have to House of Captivate. Never installed on this PC. Why do I have to disconnect other computers that use only the cloud when Captivate is not part of the creative cloud? I understand that Captivate and the creative cloud are both on the same ID, but they are not all part of the same package. And before you go, it doesn't matter what version of what whether, or what operating system I have, or what I'm trying to do (other than signing in). It is simply the Adobe ID, put in place.

Adobe think you a subscription used on 3 computers.
I'm not sure can someone help except if you change the related adobe id one of the two subscriptions, but if anyone can, it's adobe stafff.

As above, but I also scanned for compatibility / found is not compatible . I tried to uninstall, but the administrator always box keeps popping up. I am disabled and try to learn graphic design VIA VOCS. Rehab. I had to get a computer mac laptop for school, but found that my Adobe Creative Suite is not suitable for her, so I installed creative cloud. Since then, I have had ATT connect backup ethernet for routers to avoid outside interference. Now, I get a warning that my hard drive is compromised by a creative cloud!

Sign of creative cloud by a failure. Failure. FAILURE.
I did the removal of the ol ' opm.db and relog in. I did the ol' ' body to uninstall and reinstall. However, everytime I open body asks me to sign in creative cloud. Seriously! I'm not kidding. Your creative cloud login is the email address with which you are registered with adobe. I see that there is a subscription to creative cloud associated with this profile.
If you forgot the password you can reset it. Please see the account Adobe ID and sign in troubleshooting for more information.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
