Yeap this is possible.

Connect your device with BlackBerry desktop manager. Go to the black and restore-> Advanced-> on the right Board, you will see all the databases of device. Select Address Book - All and click clear.

WHAT I WANT TO DO IS TO DELETE ALL THE CONTACTS IN MY EMAIL OF A SUDDEN MSN ACCOUNT AND I CAN'T "DON'T DO IT!"

I spent 45 minutes yesterday deleting 1350 all my contacts from MSN/Hotmail 25 at a time so that I could import a clean list today. I logged in and they are all back! Why! ? Why can't remove it at once? Why are they back? I looked in the c:\users\YourName\AppData\Local\Microsoft/Windows Live Mail (hidden folder) and removed everything inside and yet, contacts are still in my Hotmail.

In addition, in the forums of serching in every sense, they say to follow: Tools-> Extra-> Options-> Advanced-> maintenance-> store folder
There's no option 'Tools' or 'Extra' on my Windows Live page or any Windows Live page that I see.

If I can't get an answer today, I guess I'll close my account and stay with Gmail. Absolutely ridiculous! Extremely frustrating that these sync with my Outlook, which syncs with all my other accounts (phone, etc.) and keep all screwing.

Find the file c:\users\MyName\AppData\Local\Microsoft/Windows Live Mail on my laptop in order to delete the contacts/files there - in. There is no, I have the folder is EMPTY,.

Looked for advice on different sites and told me several times I simply had to have 'Tools-> Options-> etc', which of course does not exist or to delete files in «c:\users...» "that is of course empty.

I looked but could not find the relationship/settings/sync between Outlook and MSN Live Mail contacts. (Does not mean it is not there, just don't know where else to look.)

I don't know what are the sites have information, but it is not correct.
WLMail contacts are in c:\users\MyName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Contacts.

As much as I know Outlook contacts does sync not with Live contacts.

I tried to back up my phone with the blackberry desktop manager. I continued my password (I couldn't remember exactly what it was, I went online and to reset to the last attempt). I received the confirmation email that it has been reset, so I returned the new reset password. He said it was bad anyway and started wiping my device. Inadvertently, I deleted all the contacts in my address book. Is there way to soce I can get back them please?

Address book kept returning to all Addressess as well, without thinking through, I deleted everything in "All Addressess" which is exactly what happened, "Collected addresses" and "personal". Is there a way I can get these email addresses go back please?

BlackBerry Curve 8520 Smartphone won't turn on all the way, please help!

I have a blackberry curve 8520, I bought last month some time.

I woke up yesterday morning and the balckberry was off and not turn on after that I pushed down on the button. So I loaded for some time, and yet, it wouldn't turn on. Then I took off the charge it, took out the battery, put the battery back and it restarts. The loading bar went well in the end, and my ISP logo appeared. And that's when he stopped loading. All that will show is the logo, it does turn off, unless I get out the battery again.

I had downloaded an application the previous evening, he stopped working out appworld, which could affect it? I tried to connect it to my computer, but it won't let me delete or add applications.

I take out the battery for hours and the SD card. He still wiil only turn on until my ISP logo.

Help, please! Any advice would be helpful.

Method 1

I suggest delete you the database of Windows Media Player and check if it helps.

Exit Windows Media Player.

(a) click Start, run, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player, and then click OK.

(b), select all the files in the folder and then click on Delete on the file menu.

Note: you don't have to remove the folders that are in this folder.

(c) restart Windows Media Player.

Note Windows Media Player automatically rebuilds the database.

If the above does not solve your problem then clear cache of database of Windows Media Player files. To do this, follow these steps:

(a) output Windows Media Player.

socket InputStream does not get all the data, please help

I've been doing stuff of network on blackberry for quite awhile, but still using the http connection.

I have to use the socket for a piece of my application connection, but could not do the work.

This code is what I do

AV is always 0.

I don't know that my server sends data successfully. I run the network packet capture tool etheal on the MDS Server, I can see given reached MDS Server, but they never come to my device app.

The outputstream works very well, I can send data from my application and my server code gets all of them.

Where should I check? If it is http, I can turn on the debugging http on MDS log and see all network traffic, but for the socket connection, data packet is not connected (or I missed where it is).

Is someone can you please tell me where I should go to understand why?

List of emergency - Catcher - Custom contacts Please Help

Hi all

I work with public safety and want to push back the application of the list of the emergency calls to BlackBerry smartphones in order to communicate in an emergency. Currently I do a push channel browser for devices. However, it is just a temporary solution, because the information is saved on memory cache of BlackBerry and disappears after a period of 12 to 24 hours. The plan is to install the Custom of collecting on the devices so that it can capture contact information and save it permanently on the device.

So far, I downloaded the Emergency Contact List Sample Application. Also, I installed the ECLContactList.alx app for the old version 'Tree list UI' on my BlackBerry (using the Desktop Manager), and it worked very well. However, I really want to install the new version of view 3 inch screen, but when I try to install on the BlackBerry I get a message "this application is not compatible with your device and can not be added" .

Anyone know what the problem might be or what I am doing wrong?
