  I'm still having a promblem with my computer. System repair and command prompt still does not. I got a response from Joselbarra, but I can't find the link to meet him. My system is microsoft windows XP Edition family version 2002, service pack 3 (although in Add or remove programs there are no size MB next to service pack 3 and all my windows programs).

  If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to

  Please right-click on any PDF on your system, then go to properties > under general, you will find "opens with". Here you will see 'change' option, by clicking on it, wil give you a window from which you can choose the Acrobat Standard XI as a default for PDF files.

  Open the Services applet (start > run > services.msc > OK) and scroll down to "print spooler".  The status should be started and the Startup Type should be automatic.  What are the parameters of your correspondents?  If your print spooler is stopped, you can try to launch it by clicking on the link, but I suspect that it stops again.  Please report the results of your efforts.

  Thanks for the information. Two things to try. First of all, try to align your print cartridges using the controls on the printer display panel. As part of this process, the printer will print on a sheet of alignment that you place on the printer and scan in the printer. See if it works successfully.
