I tried to contact adobe yestereday on my hearing adobe software I used for two more years, wouldn't work.

I was told to uninstall the old software and he sent me a link to download the new hearing active., I uninstalled as you told me and wouldn't install the new software.  I need to get this up and running that I use in my daily work - someone ' can someone help?  Can someone talk to me by phone?

    I'm looking to connect directly with Adobe, since I had to download my old version of Photoshop CS2 again, after a computer virus and the cleaning of the computer.

    I recently bought a Mac Book Pro - Retina Display computer and it should have in the next few days. Before you go out and spend money on a scanner, for those who don't know, the newest Mac Book Pro (with the retina) do not have an optical drive.

  • How to contact Adobe technical support outside of my working hours?

    I'm trying to contact Adobe about a billing issue.  Basically they'll more than the agreed amount and the current price on the UK for Adobe CC site.  I had no warning of a rise in prices, and there is no explanation why.

    Unfortunately, it seems that the only way to contact Adobe support in the United Kingdom today is by phone or live chat, between 09:00 and 17:00 (that is, while I'm at work).  As the subscription of the CC has nothing to do with the work, it would be very difficult to expect from live chat (not sure about our firewall would allow anyway), or for the phone for a response (I can't make calls not working at my office), during working hours.

    How do I just send them a message, or make contact outside working hours?  If the answer is "you can't" then I'm sorry, but it is quite unreasonable and unacceptable service level

    I would like to ask for a referral to upgrade Lightroom 6 I ordered by mistake twice, once in April and again on June 13, 2015.  I tried to contact Adobe by CAT on June 13 and and still today but could not do more, contact every day despite hanging for several hours. I tried to call United Kingdom support but I've been waiting for about 45 minutes.  I see similar problems on the service to the customers throughout this Forum and elsewhere. Why can't fill a simple claim online or by e-mail?  Can someone please help?

    Thank you once more.  I have now called there, and after almost from the initial menu is back in the loop getting me to the call of 1 hour more phone again!  However, the last menu option took me to a very helpful receptionist who took my details and promised to intensify my query at a higher level. I hope that I would receive an answer by e-mail or telephone.

    This question has been irritates me for some time. I have a Setup Administrator account on my PC. Everything works well except adobe software, namely CC 2015. First pro 2014 still works perfectly without any problems, but I want to really go ahead and use of here in 2015 and all it's features. Here is a list of questions:

    • Premiere Pro 2015.2 CC will not launch unless in administrator mode. Then I lose access to networked drives.  Several accidents with data apphang like this:

    • Illustrator sets out the problems when you try to close. Crashes.
    • InDesign won't open except in administrator mode. Also crashes when closing.
    • I even tried running GPUSNIFFER. EXE to see if it would work. It worked only when ran as administrator.

    It seems that it is a problem of user account, but my account IS an administrator account

    SOLUTION! My windows account has an account online from Microsoft. I switched it to a local account and the turn is played. Everything works perfectly without switching to "Run as Administrator". I recommend to all the use of adobe software to work on a local windows user (and admin of course).
