I tried several times to contact support, but have not been able to get well. I have a trial (try actually the second time), but are not yet able to test Lightroom/CC. I wanted to try the room light I use Capture 1 now.
My question is this: the Downloader or installer will load only if I "Run as Administrator" and then it crashes every time in seconds. I even tried the Adobe application that will go well and remove all the remains of the previous software hoping that he would, but no solution. I recently haven't been able to burn a CD with Windows Media Player (he worked last week, but not now). I get an error message "Windows Media Player cannot find the file. The link between the library item and its digital media file associated with may be broken. "Try to fix the link or delete the item. There is a web help option which says that to fix a link, you click on the blue icon next to the item, then click "Browse this article. But the only icon I see is a little blue triangle next to individual songs in the library pane or list, there is no icon next to the name of the playlist. Although the click with the right button on the blue triangle gives me a few options, "Browse this point" is not one of them. Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong and how can I sort it please!

Im trying to open the tutorial of 23 minutes on how to use different tools in photoshop and it continues to come with unable to resolve the DNS servers worked fine yesterday? Ive had creative cloud on my laptop for a week and not yet able to get past the basics make me very frustrated.
I guess you meant the links when you open photoshop CC. I tested all four videos of the 23 min tutorial and they all played fine. If something between you and adobe does not work correctly.
- Check that your firewall is blocking the net. Try to access youtube videos and see if they play very well
- Go to the adobe tv site and try to play one of the videos here. Adobe TV
- If youtube plays very well and adobe tv does not work, next is to check if you have flash installed. Some videos require flash, others are html 5. Sorry that I could not confirm what player has been used for this tutorial. I think that html 5 but not sure.
- Next is to look at the properties of your browser and check multimedia settings are not disabled if it y in a. (this is totally dependent on the browser)

I work between LR6 and Photoshop CS6. I now get a message that I need to update Camera Raw in LR6, when I send a photo to CS6 for further editing, but when I look at the updates I'm not finding this one, nor any other updates are needed for my software. The latest version of Camera Raw compatible with Photoshop CS6 is Camera Raw 9.1.1. There will be no updates available for Photoshop CS6. This message tells you that Lightroom has additional changes that your version of Camera Raw is perhaps not able to interpret when you send an image from Lightroom to Photoshop. You are given the choice. You can open the image in any case, or you can let Lightroom create a copy that includes all adjustments of Lightroom and send this copy to Photoshop. In most cases, you want to make the second choice. When this warning message is displayed, I think that there is a checkbox to indicate not not to show it again. The only way that you can solve the problem would be to upgrade to Photoshop CC 2015. If not, simply select the option to edit a copy with Lightroom adjustments.
