I waited 3 weeks for something

I was chatting in customer service for three weeks for an exchange of serial number on my CS5 to switch from windows to Mac.  Whenever I chat, I told myself that in 1-2 business days, I get an email with a new serial number.  I did not get emails on this subject and I'm getting very angry.

I waited very long today to discuss with someone.  I'm sick of being told that it will come in 2 days when it has been weeks.

There is nothing that can be done by someone in these forums.  CS5 is not eligible for a swap of the platform, so it is possible that spoke with you made a mistake.

Cat is not usually the weekend despite 24/7 advertising which they refer to her.

    I see three possibilities for what happened here:

    1. it's a phishing e-mail.

    2. someone of another share your Apple ID and does not tell you they have renamed their iPhone or switched to a new.

    3. your ID Apple is compromised.

    You can sign in to report a problem or use iTunes on a Mac or a PC (see your purchase history in iTunes store on Mac or PC - Apple Support) and see past purchases made from your account. If you see something that shouldn't be there, contact Apple directly. On the Web page report a problem , there is a button next to each purchase made during the last 90 days, allowing you to more, to report a problem.

    If you don't see any purchase that would explain fees that you saw on the invoice, the invoice is perhaps wrong. Here are tips from Apple on the phishing emails:

    I waited a year for the Pre get to Verizon and now that I bought I find that I can't connect to our server to access outlook.  I have send and it seems to work very well but if I can't access Outlook, then the phone is worthless.  The problem with the connection with the connection to Microsoft exchange is resolved?  Call the it Department of the great company I work to ask them to update anything to answer me (a person) is ridiculous and that they wouldn't in any case.

    Thank you Palm for you great service by years but Outlook is more important.  Hopefully I can have both.

    Go to the calendar (or contacts app) and in the menu, select Preferences and accounts. You should see your server Exchange is listed. If you do, then I don't know what's happening: you can go to call Palm/Verizon support and ask them to walk you through it. (http://www.palm.com/support and select your device and carrier)

    If you do not, then you can try to add it, but honestly they add the contacts and calendar from your server when you added the e-mail account. I can't recommend enough especially if a head-to-phone or cat would be useful, by contacting support to work with you. Good luck.

    I hope you do well. It would be good if you could provide us with the exact error message. However, you can try the following steps.

    1. Click Start, then Control Panel.

    2. click on default programs.

    3. click on program access and computer by default.

    4. click on custom.

    5. allow access to this program.

    Please let us know regarding when exactly this issue started while we offer a system restore when the computer was working fine, if this is really necessary. We also know if you have made changes to the computer or programs before this problem started. Please try these steps and let us know so that we can continue troubleshooting to diagnose the problem.

    These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

    Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You don't need to run memtest again unless the auditor is not the cause, or you want to.

    If you are overclocking anything reset by default before running these tests.
    In other words STOP! If you don't know what it means that you're probably not
