I received an email on June 16, four days ago. Indicating that I can cancel my payment since MAY 17.
I want to cancel it. Literally so badly I could sing to the heavens.The email States:

A day before the sending of this email I had to update my details anyway to cause to be poor and scrapping finally enough to pay for the last months payment.
I want to cancel my clues, but because I update my info a day before receiving this email, I believe that I renewed it without knowledge.
If that's the case I want to terminate now because it WAS LATE IN BEING SENT to ME.I am literally seeing red because of the amount of circles, I followed trying just to get in touch with their customer support. Something that seems just no bloody which does not exist.
Please, someone help me. I can't afford this and I can't afford another annual subscription at all... I can barely afford to live on my own.

I just want to cancel my annual subscription, in Acrobat DC and subscribe to another product. I NEVER had as much bad to try to follow the simple giving from Adobe, that to go zero part I called the individual number of sales, no joy, it sounds until it cuts. I finally tried the business number, and said, of course to dial a different number. This number after pressing choice after choice and have the voice say: "your wait time is between 1 minute and 2 minutes", was 20 more minutes later, still a no go. All I want to do is change my plan for the love of God! Why Adobe makes it darn hard to do business with them? Anyone who has been down this road and has ideas to help you, please answer. I even changed my information of credit card with an expiration date to see if it would encourage some Adobe response, nope. Thanks in advance for any help. Sorry for the rant.

I have now TWO subscriptions using an ID.

I subscribe to Adobe CC full one year. My subscription will expire may 2014.
Today, I received an email from Adobe who invites me to subscribe and enjoy a special price. So I did. I clicked on the link, clicked on a button to see if I qualified, and I was. So I clicked to confirm and continued with the payment. My credit card has been charged for the first month of the new subscription.
I was hoping that my subscription will be extended until may 2015. Instead, a new subscription has been added to me using the same ID.
I know that I can install the software on two computers (using one at a time), using a single subscription. But now, I have two subscriptions, using the same ID. So my questions are:
- Can I install the software in 3 or 4 computers (at any time using 2) now that I have two subscriptions? If not,
- Adobe extend my subscription first until may 2015 and cancel my second subscription? If not,
- Can I transfer my subscription to my colleague second and continue to pay with my credit card for this new subscription? If not,
- Tell me what I can do? I don't want to pay for two subscriptions and use only one. After all, it's your system validated this qualification.
As I said above, my credit card was charged for this new subscription and will be billed again in a few days for the first subscription.
FYI, I have a few licenses of the previous registered products Adobe CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6 inluding.
Help, please.

1. Since Adobe CC cannot be transferred, inbox me private your CC in double order number(second subscription) I get only cancelled for you.
2. There is no need to worry about the extension of the subscription of the CC at 2-15 you have ""auto-renewal " "
