  There is no separate BlackBerry voicemail location. The BlackBerry does not have voicemail, does your carrier.

  So basically, you want to remove an email account that you added to your device? Don't want to receive e-mail from this account?

  If you deleted this email account in the account BIS login box, now on the device, go to Options > advanced > Service books and find the two inscriptions which mention that counts, the two [CICAL] e-mail and entries [CIMIME], delete both.

  Then, restart the BlackBerry > with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

  When I create a new e-mail message, and I start typing the letters of the person, that I address in my email, I shoot sometimes individuals who are not in my contacts.  For example, when I type "T" to begin typing the name of "Tom", the blackberry automatically takes the name from "Tara Lunde."  This individual is not in my contacts.  I tried (in vain) my Contacts for her by her first name, of his family and his email address name.  I don't know who is this person and if it is not the end of the world, I really wish that his name will not arrive when I type "T" (I'd rather go directly to Tom, who is second on the list generated automatically).

  Hi, I had an older model "BOLD" (I don't remember the model #) until recently and on this matter, I got the Messages (the small white envelope) icon who showed me all the messages no matter what (calls missed, email, facebook, etc.), and I got a white envelope separate, but with a yellow symbol on it, which was related to my gmail. My new Bold 9900 has the ordinary white envelope, but there not this second icon. I have set up my email on the phone - I receive emails fine. The problem is that the current 'messages' icon is not synchronized with my email properly - the old phone, when I accessed emails on a computer would always delete the message from the phone, and the missing icon showed me WHAT was in my email, not the other stuff randomly. I don't need to see that I a facebook message, since my facebook icon shows me that.

  How can I get this second icon - with just email - back?

  I just got my "BOLD" Wednesday 10 November 26. I took a few pictures and configure multiple e-mail accounts. I put a picture of my wife as the background of the screen. Whenever I have sync it with my computer things change. I have now no icons for my email accounts that I put in place and I don't have one of the photos I've taken. The profiles icon that allows me to define what type of ringtone or vibrate level I want disappeared, although I can scroll up to where it was. Can I have a virus or any other problem or is it just a user error.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.

  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min.

  The icons were already here before I updated the operating system, after update I went to the Inbox and there was nothing,

  So I deleted the Inbox, and Setup again my e-mail service and its still here

  I am new to my BB Storm 9530. Can someone help me solve this little problem.

  Over the weekend, my kids want to play with my BBstorm phone, so I disable the connection first. About 10 minutes later, when I got my BB phone back on the home screen, it has a #2 and a small yellow globe next to #2, this icon show right in the middle. I try to understand passing by using many options, but don't may not know what it is and how to turn it off. Since I have this screen, the battery seems to use faster? Please, please help me solve this problem.

  It's a browser, likely push message or a Wap push message.

  Look at your Messages > Menu > view folders and look in EACH of the folders it and clear, read or delete none no intention.
