  In 'Device Configuration' (BIOS) is listed, it does NOT appear in the Boot configuration order, even if I save changes and reboot.  I have disabled UEFI and Secure Boot, activated Legacy BIOS, I intend to install Windows 7 x 64.  When starting I press F9 or ESC to display the start menu and the USB key is not listed.  All USB ports are enabled.  Tried the ports front and rear (except USB 3.0 those W7 with no support from the other drivers for USB 3.0).  I tried he prepares with Microsoft USB DVD Tool and Rufus.

  I have a computer format microtour HP 8300 Elite convertible with Intel core i7-3770

  OK, problem solved. Some how the TPM has been blocked in an undefined state. After forcing the Activate by using the bios Setup utility and initialization of the TPM Module of windows (tpm.msc) I had to reboot and the bios prompted me to question if I wanted to activate the TPM. I accepted this and when entering in the bios by looking at the security settings of the system was able to disable Trusted Execution Technology and it gave me the option to turn virtualization options! It took me 5 hours to get the job of the thing.

  Those were nice computers laptops in the day but now completely obsolete. Use the Pentium M (Centrino) unique 32-bit processors and memory DDR 1 which tops out at 2 GB. You could do a minimum competence for browsing the Web and word processing, but it is really made for Windows XP, Vista not even without talking about Windows 7-10. It is not capable of running the 64-bit software.

  I currently have a HP Elite SFF-8200 and two hard drives set up with all the software work properly. I would rather have to do it all over again if I can!

  I have come to take delivery of a new 8300 Elite SFF and I would both the 8200 HARD drives, transplant (and will do a fresh install on the 8200 at the disk in the 8300).

  Both are running Windows 7 Professional x 64.

  Is this likely to be a problem?

  If you want to go through with the attempt, here's what you need to do:

  On the 8200 Elite...

  Download these files (first download what you want). Extract them to a folder where you will browse for them later.

  Go to Device Manager, then click on IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers section.

  Click the Intel Desktop/Workstation SATA AHCI controller. Click on the driver tab, click on set to update driver.

  Select her browse my computer for driver software.

  Click the let take Me a list of drivers for devices on my computer.

  Click the disk button.

  Find where you saved the driver files that you just downloaded and select the Intel (r) 7 series/C216 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller in the list.

  I juist bought a number of the PC Elite 8300. I want to install an SSD of replacement instead of the player that comes with the unit.

  I can happily re - install windows, but it won't catch the key of windows since the bios and not asking the license key during the installation is complete.

  I use a windows 7 Professional dvd. I even tried restoring factory DVD but they complain that the disk is smaller than the original.

  The key in the BIOS is only good for W8.

  You need a product key of Windows 7 to install W7.

  If your PC came with the W8 Pro (which no doubt), you do not have the rights to downgrade, but you'll have to contact HP support for sorting.

  Basically, they have to provide you with a W7 product key in order to install W7 Pro.

  Recovery disks only works on the same hard disk of size (or more) like the one provided with your PC.

  Please read this guide, section Intel how to integrate the sata raid drivers.  In the guide, there will be a downloadable document with all the information you need to know.   Read the article to know how to integrate all the drivers.

  Make sure the BIOS disk controller setting is on RAID before proceeding with the installation.  The default setting is AHCI.

  This guide being old, I zipped to the top and attached sata drivers, you need to integrate below.

  Download and uncompress the file in its folder.  Then, the file will be ready to wake.

  Wake once again, each of them, and the XP slipstreamed installation disc will be able to install Windows XP Home edition on any model Intel Desktop or laptop PC that supports windows XP support.

  Another method would be to install the correct driver by using a USB floppy drive and copy the files below without any folder to a floppy disk and install it using the F6 prompt.

  With the floppy drive method, you must use the up/down arrow keys to scroll and select the driver you need.

  The second graphics card is an optional feature which I assumed you because you asked about replacing your graphics card, rather than your processor, which I think will be necessary if that's what is fried.
