• CC think Muse CC 2014 is "up-to-date", but it is NOT installed. What can I do?

  I was on the team of the beta version of Muse. I think that CC has somehow Muse CC 2014 confused with the beta version of Muse. The app said it was Muse CC 2014, but the Welcome screen was still all Prerelease NDA, which was, well, WEIRD stuff.

  So I uninstalled the beta version of Muse.

  Now CC said that muse CC 2014 is "informed." But it does not exist on my system.

  I opened a cat and went to Abdaidulla, which, after about 25 minutes, hit me up to Fox, but Fox has been disabled - no one has been able to help me. The cat lost 55 minutes. They could not solve the problem and finally gave up and gave me an 800 number that I called him, but he seems to be the line of SALE from Adobe, and they are closed anyway. I'll call them tomorrow.

  During the discussion, Remy had executed Muse CC c. 7.4.30 of may of this year (not CC 2014). It has a dialog box saying there is an update of Muse, but when I click it, it simply works CC, which tells me that Muse CC 2014 is "already up-to-date." So, it does nothing. GRRR!

  Is there something I can do tonight to reset what falsely think CC is a finished installation? Like a preferences file, or something?

  Are you on a Mac?

  Try to use spotlight to search for "uninstall muse of adobe" to join an uninstall file that, for some reason, is not available in the normal way. You should then be able to install normally.

  I have a strange problem that I can't solve, even with all my own research in similar problems.

  Basically:

  1 finder said on 1000 GB on my hard drive, I have 50 or so the rest (950 or so in free use), which shouldn't be the case.

  2. just in case I'm wrong, I ran OmniDiskSweeper and DiskSweeper X to see what files are taking up that space, and the two agree that 560 or GB are used, which means that I should have still about 340 GB left, but it's all be plagued by something mysterious.

  Is there anything else I could do to investigate and solve this problem and reclaim that space? Any help would be appreciated.

  Time Machine has been disabled for years, and remains so, if providing aid.

• I tried to download the latest update of Lightroom CC and it says there a download but I can not find in my downloads folder Mac.  The version that I said it is up to date but there is no cursor mist.

  I received the notification of the update of Lightroom CC.  I tried to download and it tells me that it is downloading but I can't find in my download folder (Mac), I have now two icons of LR but nor has the new slider of the mist.  Advice please.

  Please follow these steps:

  Launch Adobe Creative Cloud and go to the APP and check if it is said cc Lightroom 2015 up-to-date or not.

  If he told his day and still you do not see the Dehaze option, then please disconnect the creative cloud and reconnect you and then check if there is another available or not for Lightroom CC 2015 update and refresh it.

  And if you don't get the option uninstall Dehaze and always reinstall Lightroom CC Creative cloud himself and check Lightroom for the feature.

I bought my creative cloud membership today and have downloaded and opened a couple of other applications if Indesign still just said to day and won't launch. How can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

  The link to launch applications from the Adobe Application Manager (AAM) is a convenience link and goes after closing MAO, so you won't see the link the next time that AAM is open.

  To launch InDesign, you will find the link in the Start Menu under Windows or from the Applications folder in the Finder under Mac OS X.

• HP Officejet Pro 8615: Said connected HP printer is connected - but it will not be printed

  Frustrated and fed up.  I installed the HP Office Jet Pro 8615 printer 6 times (stop, restart network, etc etc) but still can't make it work properly. It prints well word documents but it will not print web pages, or PDF documents. In order to print the text based on the web or e-mail, I cut and paste all of the text in a word document, then format it by removing all the images from the web and other junk and then print it - hey presto it finally prints.  It is a totally ineffective to make things and very frustrating way.

  The computer-printer connection is wireless. According to the web page "HP plugged in", the printer is noted as in online and ready to print.

  Why oh why this printer will not print correctly? I never had this problem with previous HP printers also installed the same way wireless.

  I am located in France, using British English, the printer is the 8615 and I note that printing HP softward is referred to as 8610 if that makes a difference.

  Help.

  A very helpful guy named David in HP Support fixed the problem/s by accessing my computer remotely and the printer is now finally working properly. Thanks for your comments.

  Also, you should be able to open the first Pro CS6 via the Start Menu or by double-clicking on Premiere Pro icon in the creative cloud application. Open the button does not appear after the initial installation.

  It is possible that anti-virus software is corrupt downloaded files or otherwise interferes with the download of files.
  
  Try disabling analysis in real time (live) files in your software anti-virus temporarily to see if that makes working download.

  My Illustrator CC 2014 would not launch today (PC), so I checked the creative cloud, who said that there is an update.  I tried to install the update, not noticing it was Illustrator CC 2015, of which Adobe wants to buy me it.  I don't need.  But my software of 2014 is now gone.  How to re-install Illustrator?  I downloaded the original last summer.  Thank you.

  Uninstall programs Adobe CC, run the cleanup tool (use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems) and reinstall.

  If you use Suitcase Fusion 5 that your font manager and his plugin for Illustrator CC 2014, open the suitcase and disable this plugin until the problem is resolved, see below.

  WORKAROUND SOLUTION:

  The Illustrator team had already updated Extensis on this accident. At this point in time we have not available for Extensis release date.
