Refund on an in purchase, issue I have ever received.

Hello Apple users.

My question is, am I able to receive a refund for an in-App purchase, I did for Meez coins and cash? I got the front desk, but never received the items, but the app I bought said the purchase was a success and then gave me a "error: purchase could not be completed. If the purchase has not realized why was money still charged on my account? Apple said that restitution woild two purchases I made. He must still be refunded to my account. I made the purchase on my iPhone 5s, my phone is updated with iOS 9.3.5. All feedback woild be useful. Thank you!

Since how long did iTunes support said that you would be refunded? If you use the balance of an account, it might take a few days, if you use a credit card it might take a week to ten days - if he had more time as it try to contact them again and include your case number
