IM aware its obvious, but...

Incase something was to go * beep * I won't be left thinking that I should have checked everything first so can someone please reassure me that the upgrade of the 1.4 ghz I3-2365. CPU on an "Aspire 571 - V5" than a 2.5 ghz I5 - 3210 m would be a smart move since I already have the I5 and no use for it?

A simple Yes or no is what im after here so please spare me the cancellation of my warrentry of crap I don't like I like to just mess with stuff = P

I3-2365 uses socket FCBGA1023 (Ball Grid Array - not an outlet at all).

i5-3210 uses FCPGA988 (plug Pin Grid Array) socket.
