  On another PC, download and Save the relevant "Removal Tool" from the links below.

  AVG removal tool - 32 bit Version.

  Tool to remove AVG - 64-bit Version.

  Once completed, this transfer to your laptop (just paste the desktop) and then run the removal tool - restart when asked and check if you have now access to the Internet.

  If you can now connect Ok, just reload AVG and restart once the installation is complete.
