  The web site index page uses jQuery and jquery. cycle2 to run a slide show. Once it is I did want to go to a new page, but have failed to operate. In the head meta tags ignore the slide show or do not work. Is it possible to add the page redirect to the cycle jQuery or would it be good idea ot have each image on a page separate and just in front of each of them?

  You can use JQuery delay before the redirection. Count the number of seconds the slide show takes to display all the images then add below in thesection of your page - below is set to 20 seconds

• Impossible to get new lines in bean managed to VO [completed by program]

  I created a ViewObject populated programatically and with success has written code to fill the date running. But when I press createInsert and enter data in the new row inserted in the table, I'm not able to get this new line, but the pre-filled data are easily retrieved in the managed bean.

  Here is the code for all of the lines.

  User, tell us your version of JDev, please!

  Perhaps the problem is that your loop does not start at the first line. If the iterator is used on a page of the interface user framework sets the current line on the first row of the iterator. This means that rsi.next () Gets the second row by omitting the first.

  Try your loop as long as

  Line = rsi.first ();

  While (line! = null) {}

  Object obj = row.getAttribute ("Column1");

  do something with the attribute

  line = rsi.next ();

  }

  When I click on New popup display only 2 styles and and a couple of pages mobile and jquery.

  What happened to the list of examples of models and different page styles?

  They were deleted in either redundant (simple modifications of css of a basic model) or invalid/obsolete (outdated used coding formats) during the "modernisation" process with DW to do produce more valid and up to date code possible.

  There are only two available in CBWMS.

  However, you can still have installed DWCS6 if you are a Subscriber CC, both programs are available under your subscription and can be installed at the same time, they just don't work at the same time.

  So if you need one of these former starters of page layout, you can launch DWCS6, create a file in the list it and save it on your site. Then open the CBWMS and work from there.

• model background image disappears when I make a new page of the model

  I have a background image in my container in my model.  When I make a new file based on this model, the background image disappears.  No idea why?

  Open your child page in code view.

  Correct the path to your background image manually as described in my previous post.  Record.  Preview in the browser.

• Impossible to get the page edge animate loading first, any browser

  Problem weird here, people.  I have a web page created on board animate which works very well with "Preview in browser", but does NOT correctly load the time _first_, it is called from the Web site.  It loads only partially (Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari) the first time a non-cached browser tries to load the page.  However, after trying to load the page from that first time, if you go to any other Web site and then come back to my site to load the page, the page loads correctly.  It kills me.  I'm guessing that this behavior will be immediately recognized by someone who can tell me a solution.

  To show this behavior:

  1) go to the http://www.lightisrising.com

  Loads a partial page (without animation in the upper left corner, bottom left, right, and lower right cells).

  2) go to another website, such as Adobe.com

  (3) back to www.lightisrising.com, and the page load and play the videos properly.

  Of course, I need the page to load correctly the FIRST time someone visits it.

  I tested your site and it looks like a simple reload will actually reach your videos to display.  You use edgeHero to play videos?  My best guess is that there is a race condition where the videos are not fully charged, and then edgeHero leaves the video on screen: No.  Once they are cached, the videos loading prior to control, and they will be displayed.  If you look at the files when they are unloaded in a web Inspector like Chrome or Firebug Inspector, CSS has display: none defined on the videos.

  I added a redirect named hidden field and then put in my value as long as the page I need to redirect (see screen grab). But I is still ongoing to Mindpalette results page.

  You can open an existing page and select file > save as to make an exact duplicate, save under a different name and then add the new content.

  If you work with DW templates, a .dwt file will exist in a models folder in your site. You choose file > New > Page from the model and choose the .dwt file make a child page.

However whenever I build the model with my flash media inside, it works and appears very well when I saw, but then when I make a new page using the model and an overview content flash display not at all and I have no idea how to solve this problem!   Modify your code to do all references to Flash ROOT parent elements no document.

  The problem is caused by the refusal of DW8 to manage links to your Flash files because they are incorporated into javascript.  Because these links are inserted in the file of template as the document links, they will work in the template file.  But when spawn you a child page and save outside of the Templates folder, this link should be managed from the 'document' is no longer where it was when the link was created.  But DW8 does not only.  Thus, the use of relative links to ROOT (which should never be taken in charge because they always start the path to the file target to the root of the site) will work.

  As restart the print spooler does not solve the problem, please reinstall the printer and then check if that helps.

  Master Pages are part of each document.

  You can import master pages from another document (i.e. a ' model') in your current document using the file > import > Formats... option and select layout from the list (deselect all others).

  If you have changed the current TOC for the problem of the Page Master on the left, then simply save the file and use the Edit > update book option for that OCD regenerated by using the new page templates.

I seem to be impossible to get a substring of the URL - the String.substring (int, int) method does not appear to return the expected results.   There is little of the magic that is you fool. Basically, if you change out.println () System.out.println () you will see TWO URLS begin with satellitescheme: / /. What is happening, this is the URL which are produced by the ISU Sites still are built with a satellitescheme://...#satellitefragment. Then, what is Server RHN Satellite will process the result and replace the strange chain with one that fits your URL assembler (and in this case, you use the GSF assembler).

  In your code of substring, you are breaking the special chain and are cutting the encoded URL. RHN Satellite Server does not see the prefix and the suffix combined, so it does not have to make the substitution.

  That's why Your ' e see what see Your ' e.

  A big question is however, why you try to process the URL generated by the API. I guess that sort of substitution will happen, but that should not be done. What you trying to do? I'm sure we can find the right way to achieve your goals.

• Gradient of the model copy to new pages

  I created a template in DW (CS4) a few months ago that I used to build a site of about 75 pages. I tried to add a new page for the first time today. I created the new page from the same model, but discovered that my gradient background has deserted.

  It's very strange. Everything else is there, including the solid color which the gradient fades in. And the gradient is always on the model when I look in Design view or on a browser. But whenever I create a new page from the template, I only have the solid background color. No gradient.

  Foreign (to me, anyway), the URL of gradient that is on the model is not the same on the new page. Every new page I create Gets a url much more time for the gradient.

  This is what it looks like in the model:

  That's what it seems on the pages, I created now from the model:

  No - it's the way to do it.

  The link is correct in the page template?  Try to APPLY the template to this page of the child again. But first, REMOVE this edit box you added.

• New pages made from the messed up model!

  I made a template that is not yet finished... I decided to test it, but when I do new pages of it, the formatting is messed up (in all the new pages I created from the template). Of course, this happens before you download on the pages... (I need to make many different pages of the model, but is unable to continue because of that...)
  
  If I saw the new page "messed up" in Safari (it is by clicking on the button Preview in Dreamweaver itself), it's almost OK, but the background image is not displayed. Could someone suggest what I might need to do to get the 'News' page appear fine in Dreamweaver itself.
