Impossible to install a single application without stalling - Windows 8 - Help!

I uninstalled my old installation of CS3.

Logged on as Admin, downloaded Creative Cloud App and tried to install Photoshop - it stuck at 85%.

Uninstalled creative cloud. Ran the Creative Cloud cleaning tool, rebooted, reinstalled creative cloud and tried again. Same result. Did it with Flash Professional, Lightroom all with the same result.

The application will always run (even if it is said that he has not finished installing)--but it's as if he does not update the CC desktop app so I can't switch to install the following application.

I tried to put my setup here log, but the forum has returned an error asking me to "try again later m5"... grrrrrrr

Has been advised by Adobe Helpdesk to access %Temp% find the Setup file and install from there. Fact that for Photoshop and Yes, it installed, it. Here's a tip Adobe (after using your software for years), listen to your customers... a lot of people have problems with CC, so why not make the installers a simple download with authentication via Adobe of identification during installation?

    Use the standalone version for both SPS.

    Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.

    It will also tell you which SP you have installed.

  • Impossible to install any program to do with windows or printer drivers?

    I can't get windows updates keep giving me. I think I'm up to about 55 so far. I can't get the drivers installed by windows - they install form Epson, but then a pop-up at the bottom of the screen says unable to install the drivers and it cannot recognize my printer. I also tried to download Heimdal and is not yet open. I tried to find WindowsUpdate.log to see what is happening and what I can see is not permitted. I even tried to download - System Update Readiness Tool for Windows 7 for x 64 based systems (KB947821) [October 2014]

    and who says windows cannot open this file. So I don't have an idea of what has gone wrong with the system and I don't really want to do a clean install as I have so many programs it takes me forever to re - download all programs and find all the codes, etc.

    So is there someone who can solve this problem?

    If so, I would be extremely and eternally grateful.
