  You must upgrade the IPS module to the latest version first before that you can update the signature. The current version of 7.0000 E1 software is very old, and the latest available version is now 7.0.5a (E4). E1 engine is very old and is not compatible with the signature that runs on the E4 engine.

  You need to upgrade the module running at least version 5.1 (6) E3 before you can upgrade to 7.0.5a (E4).

• Impossible to pass to windows 8.1 even after the clean boot

  I just bought laptop Asus S400C with pre-installed Windows 8 unique language. I wanted to update Windows 8.1, but after two weeks of frustrating, I can't still day. I get the message "error 0x80072f78".

  I tried to install other applications, but each only apps, I tried to download failed and gave me the same error message. Strangely, I can update applications that was already installed, as Adera, music, maps, photos etc. I can just download and install the new.

  I tried to empty the cache to store, I adjusted the time, restore to factory setting, installed the latest Windows updates, but still nothing works.

  My last attempt strives to upgrade in clean boot environment, but the store cannot connect to internet. I ran the network troubleshooting and the result was "the remote device or resource does not accept the connection.

  Is there anything else I can do to update, or at least to know what is the problem with my settings so I can fix it?

  I ended up working there. It has something to do with IE. I have reset the Internet Explorer settings to their default conditions and now I can update.

• Impossible to pass traffic through the VPN tunnel

  I have an ASA 5505 9.1 running.   I have the VPN tunnel connection, but I am not able to pass traffic. through the tunnel. Ping through the internet works fine.

  OK, so I just bought a HP 15-inch touchscreen car braidja color blue. After I installed an SSD, I get a BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND.

  I rund the hard drive test and pass it. So I call HP and the guy said that my laptop cannot be ugraded with a SSD?

  No you can't do it this way. Put the hard drive in the laptop and make the HP recovery disks. Use it to restore Windows 8.1 on the SSD.

  everytime I try to upgrade my MacBook Pro, it indicates an internal error prevented the update from happening. I tried everything I can think of. The previous operating system installation and try again to reset the NVRAM, I'm confused as to what might prevent installation to compete successfully. And advice would be greatly appreciated.

I always like to make sure that I keep my Mac to date with the latest version of the software, so I can understand wanting to make sure that you are able to update your Mac also. I'm happy to offer some suggestions.

  Before going through the troubleshooting steps, I recommend to backup your data using Time Machine. The steps that I will recommend should not erase your data, but it's always a good idea to ensure that your data is safe.

  Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac

  The next thing that I recommend you do is try to repair your hard drive using disk utility. It is possible that an error on the hard disk can cause the error you get. You can use the next section of this article to help with this:

  Try disk utility

  Follow these steps to use the disk utility app to check or repair a disk.

  1. If you use OS X Lion or later, start the system recovery or restoration of Internetcomputer. If you are using an older version of Mac OS X your computer is equipped with a Mac OS X installation disc, insert the installation disc and restart the computer while holding the C key instead.
  2. When your computer has finished starting, choose utility drive in the Utilities window, or in the installation menu if you started from an installation disc.
  3. Click the first aid tab.
  4. Click the triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your partitions and hard disk volumes.
  5. Select your boot (typically called "Macintosh HD") drive.
  6. Click on repair. Disk utility verifies and repairs the disk.

  Resolve startup issues and perform maintenance on disk with disk utility and fsck

• Impossible to pass Win7.1 to Win10

  I installed Win 7 Home Premium on a MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012... full specs below) and updated to Service Pack (SP) 1.

  Created bootcamp partition 48GB for Windows and Windows Explorer reports that there is about 20.9 GB of free space on the startup disk.

  Update Windows 10 specifications say that 20BG of free space is needed (for the 64-bit version).  When I run the Win10 Update Setup, it says that my Mac meets the requirements... but when I click on download, I got error 0 x 80070070 which means that there is not enough free space for the installation.

  What's wrong?  Why the installer says I don't have enough free space?  Specifically, how can I get the upgrade installed Win10; How much free space Windows Explorer should say I so that the installation program to run?

  Bootcamp doesn't let me do the Windows partition much more given the files that I currently have on my SSD.  Before you do all sorts of reconfiguration to make the space more, let me ask: someone at - he got Win7 for upgrade to Win10 on Bootcamp?

  Thanks for checking out the communities of Apple. It seems that you try to upgrade Windows 7 to 10 of Windows using boot camp. To answer your question, Yes, many people have improved Windows 7 to 10 Windows using boot camp. You can find other threads posted here on this, or other matters related to the upgrade. You are correct that error 0 x 80070070 is specific to that need more space.

  Bootcamp documentation specifies "at least 10 GB". You make the Windows 10 documentation calls for 20 GB. It always seems that your 20.9 GB is not enough space, and the only recommendation I can offer is to follow the Microsoft article to give your car a little more space.

• Portege R700 - impossible to pass to Windows 10

  I have a Portege r700 with original Windows 7 OEM installation.

  Windows 7 is updated and program update Windows upgrade me to Windows 10 offer.

  The upgrade process begins very well, download & pre-configures all the stuff, and then finally ask me to reboot the system to continue with the upgrade.

  After a few seconds, the restart process is launched and load... the current Windows 7 system, saying that there was an error during the upgrade process.

  Hi, I have flashed accidentally BIOS version 1.17 on my Aspire E1 - 731 running win 8.1). Now it won't boot from the HARD drive. I am able to boot with win 8 from a USB (Win to Go) and tried to flshh back to version 2.28 BIOS but the program does not Flash it. I said that I must uograde to a similar version (1.x).

  Currently, he does not drive HARD and when I boot with the USB with Win 8, WIFI doesn't work.

  Is there a way I can Flash the BIOS to 2.28 so my computer working again?

• Impossible to pass A500 to ICS

  In settings / about Tablet, there is no option for the upgrade, from the game store, I downloaded the ICONIA TAB update improvement, downloads fine, but during the installation it gives an error message - 'Incompatible with other applications using the same shared user code.'

  I downloaded directly at Acer and it just says: not installed application.

  Well Acer come back to me (which was nice), but it the solution was to do a hard re boot, which was done, but to no avail.

  So I decided to address this issue myself and it ends up being quite easy!

  First step was to entrench the table... and a different version of the 3.2 on the tablet.

  I then downloaded the update app Acer Iconnica from the game store, this time it installed, re starts, went into settings - about - check updates and BINGO an update was available, downloaded that and now we have Ice Cream Sandwich installed from Acer.

• Impossible to pass primary and secondary monitors
