Impossible to uninstall or reinstall creative cloud. Pls Help!
Hello
My name is Jocelyn. I want to try the new After Effect on my mac, so I download it, and the creative cloud is downloaded on my mac. I didn't know how many other small files and applications came with the download. Today when I tried to clean my mac, I delected some of the apps that I don't know and a lot of those who were cloud adobe stuff. The next thing I know is I won't be able to open the effect of the trial because the creative cloud is missing some files. I tried to restore the files that remove it from the trash, but they never work the same.
I tried to reinstall the creative cloud once again, it says installation failed. I tried to unstall the previous creative cloud, he said errors.
so now I'm stuck with the creative cloud which is unfinished on my mac and I won't be able to do something with it.
Cases like this, how do I completely remove the cloud creative corrupt and reinstall a new? Everything I try to use after effect, it is urgent, creative cloud downloading is really complicated and confusing to me, can adobe please help me?

Please, try the following steps one by one to see if that helps:
(1) rename the OOBE folder:
Mac OS: /users/
2) download Creative cleaner tool http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html and delete the Adobe (if just, you have After effects, do delete all other files) (3) then download cloud creative app via https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud Launch and start to download After effects. How many times should I uninstall and reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop app?
Every time there is an update of the applications Creative Suite, I want to download and install, I opened the Cloud Desktop application designer and see this:
Then I have to go online and try all validated solutions and finally manually uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop, then download it, then reinstall it, and then finally, I am able to download the update for real-world applications.
I know I'm not the only user that has this problem, and I know that this isn't a new problem not more. I find it galling and appalling. Adobe has long been in the software industry. Why can't they fix once and for all? How is it difficult for Adobe to hire competent programmers who can code a functional application?

Here is the Solution: delete the contents of the OOBE folder and restart the desktop creative cloud application
- Exit the desktop application Cloud creative in the gear icon in the upper right.
- Navigate to the following location, based on your operating system.
- Mac OS: /Users/
Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Note: The \Users\
\Library\ is hidden by default after 10.7. See the following document for instructions on access to it if necessary: library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later. - Windows: C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Note: The AppData is hidden with the default settings of Windows. See the following document for instructions to show if needed: view the files, folders, file name extensions. Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP.
- Mac OS: /Users/
- Delete all the contents of the OOBE folder.
- Restart the computer and launch the desktop application Cloud creative again.Note: The application may take slightly longer than usual to load with this solution, as contained in the folder OOBE is rebuilt after the launch.

I have a small problem:
I uninstalled creative cloud and all programs of this photoshop and illustrator on my macbook.
An hour before, I installed again, but if I open the creative cloud Manager, the program shows me, that photoshop and so is already installed. BUT: I uninstalled all the programs, because they did not work right.
So, this only was I wrong? What can I do, because I really need Photoshop and so for the school.

Impossible to uninstall lightroom in creative cloud
I was not using Lightroom (for some reason, I had 4 and 5 installed on my computer) and so I followed the instructions from Adobe by removing by dragging the .app files in the trash.
I also checked for if sure there weren't preferences in my library (I'm on a Mac) and also delete all the files in the folder picture.
Despite all this, Lightroom is still in my doc creative Cloud - Lightroom two, 4 and 5.
Cloud Creative prompted me to "Refresh" Lightroom 5, and I admitted just to see how it would perform. It is now completely reinstall Lightroom 5.
(Lightroom 4 just a green check mark indicates that it is updated).
What must I do to solve this problem?

I recommend you review your Setup logs to determine the location where the file permissions have is compromised. Please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall on your machine.
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
(2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Problem reinstalling creative cloud after a system restore
