Impossible to use creative cloud - said treatment orders (edited by mod...)
orderd just the package of creative cloud. It says "processing order, it may take a few minutes." Its been 30 min. something wrong or could take all day?
I read that it will take as much as 24 hours for a purchase to show your Adobe account

Impossible to use creative cloud in new Mac after you use the Migration Wizard
I used Migration Assistant to set up my new Mac (new computer is a retina MacBookPro; so was the old computer). I couldn't open any of my CC applications. When I open Creative Cloud Desktop App is completely empty (no tab for applications, fonts, files, etc. - no way to install or update applications). I uninstalled creative Cloud and reinstalled (several times), but got the same results. I also deleted all files application for CC applications than ever with the Migration Wizard of the cam.
Any ideas?

today I need to install a different app (AU) but when I click on CC icon in the Systray, it appears like this
There is a unknown floating box that I can't click anything, when I press Enter the CC Office closed.
so... I try to uninstall
but this back like this and the application is not uninstalled
OK, try to reinstall but also...
so no way I can do...
Please, help me use CC Desktop.

I use creative cloud in order to download the trial of Photoshop on my pc but this error:-Instillation failed. Not enough disk space. Please free up space on C and try again (-30)
I entered the settings of cloud and told to download for my largest drive E (which it fine for lightroom) but it only downloads on drive C (small disk almost full) for Photoshop. I missed something or is this a bug?

Shared resources and temporary files will be stored on your primary drive. If a lack of disk space prevents installation then make sure you have enough space on the main drive for temporary files and installation files extracted to be placed.

I ordered "Creative Cloud student and teacher edition" with credit card.
Now I have "order number".
However when I try to my free trial Adobe first CC 2015 with my Adobe ID of the license, the message "no subscription found" comes.
I wonder that I need an additional process to activate my CC first 2015.
(I guess, I need some action to prove that I am a certified college student, but I'm not noticed anything on this subject.)

The screen indicates that your one year subscription is registered, so you should be able to use your Adobe ID to install programs of cloud

Why Creative Cloud said all my applications are the trial?
I just bought an annual subscription fee, received an e-mail of confirmation of dealer, the value was credited to my card, but app Creative Cloud said all of the apps are on trial.
Even some that I started to use as trial yesterday are now expired.
I really need my apps working again as soon as POSSIBLE.
I write here because online and phone support are simply not working.

In this case, please check the hosts file, if it has all Adobe entries or not. Please see the problem with CC Photoshop licenses to rename the hosts file if necessary.

I have a boxed version of Lightroom installed on my PC. How can I use creative cloud without having to pay for it?
Despite some similarities (current and temporary), lr 6 purchased is not equivalent to lr cc.

To use creative cloud libraries please log - Panel error
I am connected to the creative cloud desktop application and all programs work very well. Except the libraries Panel said "to use creative cloud libraries sign in please." It won't sync/sign in even though I'm connected. I opened same illustrator of the creative cloud desktop application. Do not connect the library panel.
I tried to delete the opm.db file, restart, logoff, restart the program, delete the CCLibrary process, update of all programs, the Panel closed, then reopened, and I have no idea what to do. I desperately need help, here. I can not work like many of my files are saved in my library.
Any suggestions?

Creating cloud said 2015 Lightroom, I installed, but the installation was not successful. How do I install reinitiatite?
If you have a full membership of creative Cloud or a plan of photography, you should be able to download and install Lightroom CC 2015 on the site of creative cloud. Since Lightroom CC is a new product, it will not show as an update in Adobe Application Manager. Instead, press the button install next to Lightroom in the Application Manager.

The use of Lightroom Mobile is included with Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition?
I am registered in the creative Cloud student and Teacher Edition. However; 5.4 Lightroom on my mac has said that I can use Lightroom for mobile for a trial period of 30 days. It seems to me that my creative cloud membership allow me to use the Mobile with Lightroom. This is indeed the case?
Glad it works for some, however, having the same problem (still shows trial) after 10 days of back and forth with Adobe support - it appears LR Mobile IS NOT included with membership educational CC (not sure if buying through 3rd party had an effect or not). Documentation finally got, would have been nice if it was leaked with the release and technical support was aware - would have saved me many hours of troubleshooting.
