  Wired or wireless - is usually not serious unless the wireless can get more interference.  If the keyboard is close to the receiver which is connected to the computer and you get the strikes hurt - my suggestion is to try first the keyboard on another computer.

  To do this, * not * require you to install specific drivers.  Simply unplug the combo of a computer and in the other and see if the keyboard works correctly.  Then, you can troubleshoot from there.

  You can use the name... SMB://TCgen5.local where you replace TCgen5 with your name of TC... local is the default domain of the TC and does not change.

  However the names are not so easy as... the IP address nor reliable. They are not at least not in Yosemite. The field can also be a problem if you are not clogged or wireless directly to the Treasury Board.

  6. ensure that IPv6 is set to link-local only in the computer. For example wireless open network, wireless and Advanced preferences / TCP/IP... and the difficulty of IPv6. link-local only. Do the same for the ethernet if you use it.

  It is a lot more jiggery pokery, you can try, but the above is a good start... If you still find not reliable... don't be surprised.

  You may need to do more work on the computer itself. for example, to reset the NVRAM/PRAM/SMC... helped some people. A clean installation of the operating system is also useful if you update installed.

  I need your help or solutions. My problem is about my mobile broadband using stick and wireless optical mouse at the same time. I just bought a laptop Acer V13 and excited to use when I'm out and about. I have more access to public wifi and that's why I have this mobile broadband USB which I bought at my local service provider so that I can connect to the internet with it. Then, when I plug in my USB port 1, I can't plug my mouse receiver into the other USB port wireless because the stick took so much space.   As mentioned above. I discovered that I can not use several hubs extension BUT... it works when you use usb single exntension. Managed to solve the problem and I finally can I plug my mouse wireless receiver so my stick mobile broadband. See photo!
