(the computer is set to wake you up at a mouse click)  When I click the mouse fan goes up like to spend awake mode, but fan and the power light continues to blink.  I press the power button once and stop the computer, then the computer says recovery and gets stuck again.   I installed the latest Intel drivers and TCP IP settings are checked for V4 and V6. I even went as far to install a new Dynex Ethernet card that gets the same mistakes.

  I even tried the netsh reset ip and netsh winsock reset command. I have no idea what to do next. I searched glasses and found similar problems with the same model of Dell and card, but they have been fixed by rebooting.
