You can download the installer, but don't rely on this OLD version, running on a new Mac.

    Thank you

You are allowed to have the software installed and enabled on both machines, but these two machines must use the same platform (PC vs Mac) for the Creative Suite software.  If your software is the PC version so it will not be installed on a Mac.  You can cross-grade version of the platform - and since you're dealing with CS6, it is possible (not for earlier versions). You should get disabled PC Setup.  To do that you need to contact Adobe technical support by chat or phone - they take care of it.

  • How can I turn off the CC on my old PC and I install on my new Mac?

I just got a new Mac and need to know how to disable CC from my old PC so I can put it on my new computer. Thank you

Just install the application of cc on your computer desktop, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

you are limited to two simultaneous 'connections', so if you are already connected to two computers when you install on your new computer you will be prompted to disconnect from the other two (using your computer).  no need to start your old computer and disconnect.

But if you transfer your old computer to someone else, you should logout of your cc desktop application on your old computer.

as said you may be asked to do so by using your new computer, but if not, you can do so by using your old computer.

  • Install the CS6 new Mac

I try to install my CS6 already bought on a new MacBook Pro.  I downloaded it, but when I try to install, it asks the serial number.  When I enter the serial number it says ' serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer. "  (Not surprising because it's a NEW COMPUTER with OS of Yosemite and virtually no software on it).  He said, "to use this serial number, you must have one of these qualifying products."  The product to choose are Adobe Design Standard, CS5.5, Adobe Design Standard CS6, Adobe Design Premium CS5.5, Adobe Master Collection CS5.5 and Adobe Master Collection CS6 none that I have EVER owned!

It is my understanding that I can install the software on two computers used only by me.  What should I do so that he can install (or upgrade of the trial which was installing Finally - I get the same error message, so be it).

He promises that if I have problems I can contact Customer Support, but this brings me in circles.  I will continue to try to contact customer support.  I have struggled with this for hours and have no idea how to proceed.  Help, please.

OK, here's the secret.  My serial number is a number of upgrade.  I had to uninstall the trial version and reinstall it from the installer that was always on my computer.  I'm in CS6 serial number and the message: "serial number you provided is valid, but calling it a product was not found on this computer."  I had to choose "Adobe Design Standard CS5.5' in the menu drop down and enter my serial number for this product (which was not an upgrade).  "Adobe Design Standard" is apparently the same thing as "Adobe Creative Suite".

    It works.  Thank you!

  • Used to install Adobe Flash on Mac

    Thank you

Here is a screenshot of the installer.

I've had the same error/question and that how I fixed it quickly:

Step 1: Visit this site to download a previous archived Flash Player versions

Step 2: Download Flash Player 15.0.0.152 (Firefox Win and Mac) (132 MB) version-> (published on 09/09/2014) (although I believe that any recent version of MAC should do, this worked for me)

Step 3: Install the step 2 Flash drive.

Step 4: Download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player (which initially would not work)

Step 5: The problem should be solved. You're just back your update and re-install to fix.

  • Re-installing Adobe on new PC

Hi, in July 2013 I bought a license for Adobe and install the program on my desktop and on my laptop. Soon, I need to replace my desktop PC, because the hard drive is almost fell down. Would I be able to install the program on my new desktop PC?

Thank you for your response. Best regards

    Zorka

    Hi zorka,.

A retail license is good to be instaled on 2 computers in accordance with the agreement (EULA).

If you want to install the software on the 3rd machine then you you will need to disable it on copies of the previous machine.

You can accomplish this by running the software > go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.
