installation stops every time at 33%

I tried to update Flash six times now. I restarted, updated everything, make sure we have a strong connection. Here are the details:

This is a macbook pro with the latest update of Yosemite. When I try an update, everything goes very well at first. All guests etc. are functioning normally, and when I double-click the Flash icon it opens a window with a "recovery" update progress bar. It starts the process and hang up to 33%, where it then remains indefinitely. A few times he went to 34 or 37% but it was a false hope, it still gets hung.

Every time that I wait for 30 min or so to be sure, then stop, reboot, try again. Same question every time. Is this a problem with the Adobe servers? If it was my connection it wouldn't hang up in the exact same place every time, it hang at random (I streamed video between each Setup attempt to verify a solid connection). Needless to say, I'm on a wall. What to do next?

I had the same problem.  Later, I found a post that says use this link: [Please always download updates from Adobe to avoid malware] http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player_osx.dmg

It's worked for me.  Good luck.

    Good afternoon

Thank you for your response. It was the right solution, but I missed something in your response. I had to start several times to download / update. Throw/delete (or the procedure of the description) files don't get past not like you described, but I tried something myself and it worked finally.

But I have to ask: If this problem continues, of course, that a workaround is available, why is this a problem in the software persists, exist?

Maybe you can't give answers, but I'm just wondering, well thanks for your help.

  • XP installation update every time I turn the computer off.

I don't know what happens, whenever I turned off my PC (running Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, SP3) for the last week or so, it is said that it will install an update, if I disable normally.  I mean, click the button, it installs and turns off, and then the next time that I turn it off, it happens again.  1 update every time, I let it run all along, just as I always before.

  • Clock stops every time computer is closed

My computer's clock stops whenever I stopped or paused.  I thought it was the cmos battery and replaced it, but the problem started again.

The problem started shortly after I installed windows 7.  What maybe a software problem?

    Hi ppphhh,

My first suggestion would be to see if the time service restarting may solve the problem. Follow the path below to do the same.

Start> type Services.msc in the search bar > search for time service Windows in the window that opens > restart the operation of the service.

If restarting the service of time will not solve, try it at "stop" then restart your computer.  He should stop and try again. If it is not manually, navigate to the location and restart.

If that does not solve the problem, then you can look for any conflict of third-party application. Perform a clean boot and see if you can find any third-party application which is in conflict with the normal performance of the computer.

To perform a clean boot on a computer that is running Windows 7, follow these steps.

    1. click on start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

    2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

    3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

    4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

    5. click on OK.

    6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

    7. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

If your issue is resolved, follow the how to determine what is causing the problem section in KB article to narrow down the exact source.

For all of you who read this, I was able to solve the problem.

Through all the blogs I read, I did sort of a stupid Setup 4.5.2 on server 2012R2 error.  DON'T, DON'T.

To uninstall the 4.5.2 version of server 2012R2 if you install like I did, go to programs and features, switch view installed updates and remove the update for Windows KB2934520

After doing this, I was able to smooth sailing through the installation.  I realized that halfway through my troubleshooting, but considering the compatibility of .net usually I don't think it would be a huge problem and I though that surely there would be a vmware KB on such a stupid mistake but apparently not.

    Hello

In my eyes it s a typical problem of overheating.

All devices operate at high performance all in game and produce a lot of heat.
If the cooling modules n t work correctly, the temperature of s notebook would arise at a critical level and the laptop would be turned off in order to avoid that the pieces of equipment against damage.

In your case I would recommend to clean the cooling fans and vents.
Use the jet of compressed air. These sprays will help you get rid of the dust and debris.

In addition, you must use a Toshiba graphics card driver.
This driver supports thermal protection that helps to reduce the dissipation of the heat created by the graphics chip.

    Check it!

Defend Windows is turned off when I start my compurter and sometimes even if I'm on it, I'm so constqntly again.

    WHY?

If you have the following AV, antivirus, programs installed, close your Windows Defender. Purpose of these AVs have their own advocates. 2 defenders on the same machine will create conflicts.

    It's normal.
List of AVs which will stop Windows Defender:

    Norton
    McAfee
    AVG
    Microsoft Security

If you don't have AV programs above, here's how to restart Windows Defender:

under Startup Type, it must be said... Automatic
If it does not say that, right click on Windows

to the service status, click Start
    Click OK when finished.
