  I have a GT 7130 with an i-4300Y processor and a 256GB SSD LiteOn and 8 GB of RAM

  I was a symbol of exclamation flashing in notification on Smart Connect drawer. I click it and it says that intel Smart Connect technology Agent does not run

  I tried to go to Services and tried to manually sgtart the Agent technology Intel Smart Connect, and it opens a box that says The Intel Smart Connect technology Agent on the computer started and stopped Local service. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

  I tried to repair the installation of Connect Smart with Dell drivers.

  Is it OK? Tablet works great as it is but just curious to know if I need to do something to solve this problem

  I just updated the BIOS to A09 (released yesterday).  Then, I went into the BIOS and enabled the SmartConnect technology (it was not checked).  When I logged into Windows, I still had the same problem.  Then I went to Services and start the service, and it worked.  I rebooted and do not get more error.

  I would use tri-band technology provides the R8000, i.e. to activate Smart Connect / load balancing. Is - it only works Ghzs 5 band, or the router can also connect clients on the 2 Ghz bands?

  If this is true, then I need to give the strip of 2, 4 GHz the SSID the same 5 Ghz band, correct?

  Otherwise, if it only works in the 5 Ghz bands, I could keep the SSID distinguishes?

• Smart connect actions on Xperia XZ misses

  I use smart connect often enough on my old Z1 Compact. On my new XZ, I also want to use the same way.

  But although the versions are the same, that I miss actions on the XZ.

  -I can't adjust the brightness of the screen when I want to enter nightmode. I don't know the feature to decline automatic intensity.

  -I can't go 4G - data, start/stop when I want to enter nightmode. I don't have an update at 03:00.

  -I can not set up a hotspot wifi on the phone automatically, when you use an NFC tag (Yes, I still use them, they are bright).

  Any help to train the guys.

  Otherwise, I rather not want to use a third party app.

  I have smart connect together to launch Spotify and Walkman a pause when the headphones are connected. It is also put on pause when the headphones are pulled out. Since the update published last week (v. 23.1.A.1.28) smart connect play Walkman when the earphones are plugged in regardless of the settings. Can he be looked into Sony?

  1 review your Smart connection settings, do not forget that the Walkman is now called music, maybe you need to re - select again.

  2 - clear cache connection Smart app:

  -Go into settings--> Apps--> Smart Connect-> Force stop, Unistall updated, clear data.

• How do I configure Intel Smart Response on my hybrid drive

  I have a laptop HP Pavilion dv6t-7000 CTO. I have a 1 TB HDD with a SSD of 32 GB used for caching and acceleration using Intel Smart Response Technology and Rapid Storage Technology console. I had to send in my computer for warranty service which included the replacement of the hard disk. I figure that the SSD is not configured.  Below I have screenshots of the screen that displays now after the POST (which did not appear until I sent it to the service) and the console Intel RST.

  Just trying to get back to its original settings, where it uses Intel Smart Response Technology to improve performance.  How can I configure the SSD account given what shows in the screenshots below?

• Smart Connect does not recognize bluetooth connection more

  Try to clear the SmartConnect given app.

  1. tap the icon of the Application screen.
  2 find and tap Settings > applications.
  3. slide the tab all.
  4. search and tap on the application.
  5 tap Force judgment > clear data.
  6. restart the phone

• SW2 - host App and Smart Connect different certificates. Host application cannot start.

  I had my 2 SmartWatch today and installed app Connect Smart and SmartWatch 2 since google play, got the smartwatch of pairing with my bluetooth phone manual connect.

  Would it be possible for you to make a backup of your phone then reset (or reinstall the software using Kies if possible), and then try again (before restoring the backup)?

• Smart connect works only with headphones

  Smart connect app stopped working with headphones, tried to dump the data and also restored the phone to factory settings but still nothing with any pair of headphones, I installed the app soundabout and helmet all work with this, then ask yourself if it's a software issue rather that the headphone jack is the problem, any advice please?

  My hard drive in my XPS 8700 failed recently. I got a replacement and have installed the new drive in the chassis. It's the only drive (2 TB), but I also (30 GB) SSDS for Intel Smart Response Technology.

  I have a problem with the OS / Intel Smart Response technology Setup. I'm trying to (re) install Windows 8 of the disc. When I run the installation of the OS, just after choosing language preferences a screen will appear indicating that a media driver is missing.

  I need help ensuring the RAID and BIOS are correct before installing Windows 8 with TRIE. Currently, neither the SSD or HARD disk created a RAID Volume (note No changes have been made in the BIOS, but the existing RAID configuration has been removed from the SSD).

  In collaboration with a Dell technician by CAT, we have identified the problem with the driver files SORTED on the USB. I tried to download from the driver and Utilities disc that came with the computer, however the correct files are not extracted from the USB.

  The tech located the driver appropriate and after extract the USB driver has been detected.

• Problem starting Windows 8 (associated with quick start + Intel Smart Response Technology SSD cache)

  I have a problem with the fast start-up of Windows 8. When I shut down my PC everything works fine, but when I turn on the PC, Windows will load until a certain point and then suddenly start screen appears again. The second departure is always successful.

  I discovered, when I turn off the Quick start, the computer starts without error on the first attempt. It goes the same for when I disable Intel Smart Response Technology (SSD cache). There are no problems when I use Hibernate mode.

  Recently I did a BIOS update, so I don't know if there is a setting in the BIOS that is may cause this error?

  I had that problem licked in September (see my previous posts) - but this is my daughter - and after being hounded mercilessly by the HP "assistant" she inadvisedly updated its BIOS for F53.

  I need to roll its BIOS to whatever it may BE in September 2013 - but the older BIOS is available online F43 January 2014 - I've seen as causing the death of WiFi complaints.

  Yes - we have the usual question Intel WiFi card - it IS now NOT EVEN SHOW UP in the Device Manager.

  I reapplied the Softpak mentioned in my previous note - No help.

  I went through the usual steps to re - identify a lost WiFi card:

  Unplug the computer, remove the battery, remove the WiFi card, disconnect the backup battery

  Wait 5 minutes

  Plug the computer and demarrer start upward, then closes down.

  Reinstall all components above and start back up

  NO JOY - no WiFi in Device Manager.

  So - Pleasie Pie let me know where I can find a copy of the BIOS that was available in September 2013 so that I can re - install that and hopefully recover its normal computer?

  Although laptops I bought in the past seem to be great values - ALL have had fatal flaws
  Questions, MOST issues of BIOS and WiFi.
  Except the DV6000 - in which defective cooling system caused the video chip that is so hot, it melted ON the motherboard.

  The heat ALSO melted an internal cable - Fortunately, independent repair center was able to re-ball of the chip and replace the cable at a cost of $120.  I've been 2 months too late to get in on the action.

  Also, your BIOS WiFi Whitelist became a killer of the real deal.
  Fortunately - I got a copy of SP62444 - and used that to restore my system

  After THAT--I had to reinstall the INTEL driver for the wireless card.  The driver of HP down to work.

  Computer laptop NEXT will be ASUS, ACER, Fujitsu

  I don't like NOT Sony, and as you can imagine, HP is now off my radar screen as well.
