  I bought a T110-107 today and I tried to install Kaspersky as I already have the value of the year of this antivirus. Kaspersky detected the pre-installed McAfee (which I had not activated incidentally) and asked me to delete all files before continuing.   I think the answer is in your question, I recommend you to uninstall Panda first and then running the Norton removal tool.  Once completed, reinstall the Panda Software and see if that helps :)

• Compliance on importing files problem

  You could try to disconnect your computer from the internet for a day or two and see if that stops spam.

  Adding another antivirus program without first uninstall your current antivirus is NOT recommended - antivirus problems tend to see many parts of other antivirus programs as quite similar to the virus that they should treat them as viruses.

  However, there is another class of programs called antispyware programs you can try.  Windows Defender is one of them, then you might want to try first.  Programs in this class rarely interfere with each other, so you can more safely than installed.

  Three other possibilities to check:

  1. a spammer could find your login information for your e-mail account and started sending the spam using your account, but without using your computer at all.  In this case, change the password on your email account is quite often, so try that.  Make sure your new password is near the maximum length of the mail server allows, to make very slow computer programs through all possible guesses what it might be.  Also, try to include all classes or the characters (often the lowercase letters, capital LETTERS, numbers, and special characters) to slow down such a program even more.  In this case, you will probably also need to communicate with the people who run this server to make sure they don't deactivate your account.

  2. a spammer may have found just your email address and started using it on the spam without sending it on the same e-mail server that you use.  In this case, you need the headers of some spam messages to do much.  Most header lines are not normally indicated when you look at the email; additional steps to show them depend strongly on what e-mail program you want to show them.

  3. If your computer allows remote access connections, the spammer may guessed your username and password for your computer.  In this case, a change of password, but on your computer instead, is probably necessary.  You can also search for remote connections and how to disable them in the help file for your computer.  Among e-mail programs have a folder "sent", then you can check the spam messages here.  Also, the spammer may have created an extra account on your computer until you find the complete list of accounts and check the folder "sent" for each account.on this list.

  You could also do a Scan of the registry for Iolo

  Start - type in search-> Regedit Search top - click right on - run as Admin

• Newly built pc works well but programs take up to hours open!

  After trying things you both said and tinkering, I think I found the problem. I think it's the programs utilities supplied with my card bonus mother ASRock. I uninstalled them all and just a quick test, things seem to be load normally now. It's late, so I don't have time to test too.

• Csrss.exe computer crashes

  Have compaq 5420 with 512 MB of Ram (max) at least once a day, the computer crashes upward.  When I check the Task Manager, it says that this file (csrss.exe) uses 65 to 97% of the time cpu.  Tried to stop the process, but it isn't allower, because it is a critical system file. I have to restart and power-downthe computer.

  I ran SFC/scannow - no effect.  I scanned the entire hard drive with Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, Spybot S & D. Adaware, Iolo AntiVirus, IOBit Security 360.  I use PCTools firewall.  Have SP Sp3 and updates.

  Read about other similar problems in the forum, tried the possible one - Disabled popstate.dat antivirus solution, renamed popstateold.dat, TB closed, reopened to he downloaded e-mails until the more recent with the problem and still trying to download it again and again. Can't download at the end, as refreshment shows always the same amount still on the server to download, even after downloading the same message several times. This has happened several times in the past months, with several duplicates, but not this loop continues. This is the second time in a week where this has happened. My first attempt to fix - I copied all the .msf files to the new location and uninstalled TB. Then reinstalled and back .msf files. He seemed to be ok for a few days, but now have the same issue. All windows updates to date, was updated to the most recent version of TB before it happens.
