iOS 10 connect failure?

Last night, I downloaded and installed iOS 10 on my iPhone 6. Also, I downloaded and installed the upgrade of the carrier.

This morning, I tried to check my mail and could not do. All connections to all died. I get a message that reads "could not activate cellular data network. Activate cellular data or Wi - Fi to access data". I check the settings and see the data of the carrier network is turned on, roaming is off and my carrier (T-Mobile) is selected.

I went from a Wi - Fi connection but here my network connection works as it should.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Suggestions?

Thank you!

I turned off the phone and rebooted and I now seem to have a connection. Maybe that's all it took?

    Hi Bloggsj,

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple.

I see that you get an installation error when installing iOS 9.3 OTA.  I suggest that you try following the steps below to download the latest version of the update:

If you have downloaded iOS 9.3, but you can not install it, you will need to download the update again. First of all, remove the update of your device:

    1. Go to settings > general > storage & use of iCloud. Under storage, click on storage management.
    2. Find iOS 9.3 in the list of applications.
    3. Press on iOS 9.3, then remove the update.

Now you can go to settings > general > software update and download the latest iOS update.

If you can't put day to iOS 9.3 on your iPhone 5s or earlier, iPad Air or an earlier version, or iPod touch

    Take care.

  • Connection failure: unknown username or bad password

I use Thunderbird without problem for businesses for nearly eight years. I currently run at the top of a tower with Windows 7 Pro. There is only a single account/e-mail address on Thunderbird.

This morning when I went to check my e-mail I have my password is requested, then received the error 'sending of password did not. Mail server exchange.company.com replied: connection failure: unknown username or bad password. "I retried the password, restart Thunderbird and tried again, but still not received the same error. I sent an email from Thunderbird test which was very good. I am also able to connect to the server via web browser and I am able to send and receive emails on my mobile device.

I erased all the saved passwords of Thunderbird and I checked account settings, but I am still unable to download any email Thunderbird.

Apart from the deletion of the account, I don't really know what to do here. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

The problem has been resolved. Apparently the POP stack had to be reset by the side of the Exchange.

I hope this helps someone in the future...

  • Recording connection failure attempts

Someone at - he found a way to get information about connection attempts that have failed where people enter the wrong username/password name? We use the secure gateway and I enabled database. I looked through the database but couldn't find anything by recording connection attempts that failed.

    Hello

Unfortunately, vWorkspace do not keep track of connection failures, you need a product that collects this information from the event log and stores them for you to review later as Administrator Active or change auditor for Active Directory.

  • ISE max connection failures

In ISE, is - anyone know if the tally for the failures of maximum connection for accounts invited (found under settings > comments > political portal page) is one per session or cumulative setting during the lifetime of the account? The County never resets and is there a way to display the current number of connections that have failed?

Our use case, is that we have guest accounts that distributed to multiple hosts (for example for a hosted conference or special event). We had a couple of this type of accounts get suspended because of hitting max connection failures. We have increased the adjustment, but I would like to understand the parameters more has some of the guest accounts must apply to a significant period of time.

This is per session, when logged in successfully, the counter is reset.

  • How to turn off the message waiting after a connection failure?

    Hello

I'm testing a new login process. Sometimes, I can not connect due to bugs in my procedures.

On the login screen, there is a connection message that makes you wait 5, 10, 15 seconds etc after a connection failure.

I don't want no waiting to connect again.

    I use APEX 5.0.3 with Oracle 11 GR 2

    Best regards.

The connection limit is to reduce the risk of denial of service attacks, and therefore it is not recommended to disable this feature.

That being said, you can turn off the countdown to the instance level and not at the level of the application.  Connect to Oracle Application Express Administration Services. Click manage an Instance from the drop-down list level, and then select Security. Click on the authentication tab, and then under global settings, to 'delay after connection attempts that failed in a few seconds', enter 0 to disable the countdown and allow immediate access.

  • Host connection failure: VMs, warehouses of data inaccessible (in gray)

    Hello everyone,

I have 1 ESXi host 5.1 throwing alarm: host connection failure. Al a SNMP trap for the entity has been sent.

I have 10 servers ESXi 5.1 all the amanged by 1 5.1 VCenter server.

8 ESXi servers belong to a cluster HA and 2 are not in a cluster.

The issue I'm facing is with 1 ESXi host that is outside the cluster.

The virtual machines on that host are powered OFF. I am not able to turn on. I am not able to Vmotion them. However, if I remove them from the inventory and add them to the inventory on a different host running, VM works very well.

Shared on this host data warehouses show Greyed out as well except the local data store (VMFS). I have 1 VM on the local disk of this host and I can power ON the property. But all other virtual machines are the shared data store (NFS - Netapp) and I can not turn on this particular host 1.

Same data warehouses (NFS - Netapp) are shared with the other 9 (Clustered and nonclustered hosts) ESXi hosts and data store is fine and detected by all hosts.

I tried to reboot the host several times but without success.

Can someone please share their expert advise on how to fix this?

Please see the attachment for details of esxi host does not.

    Thank you

  • iOS 9.3 failure of verification because you are no longer connected to the internet

Apple has removed the update temporarily for older devices.

  • iOS 10 connection for broken Mac

With iOS 9, I used to process the photos on my iPhone by capturing images running on Mac OS x 10.6. Since I've upgraded to iOS 10, it doesn't work anymore: when I connect my iPhone to the Mac via the USB cable, iPhone asks me if I should trust the computer (which I confirmed), but then Capture of Image tells me that I have to enter the password on the iPhone, because it is locked. However, there is no dialogue of password on the iPhone, and I'm not either the lock screen. In fact, I can't access (and transfer) photos from the iPhone to the Mac more.

I also had problems with Windows. At the time when I got iOS 9 and wanted to copy photos from iPhone to a PC Windows 7, I have them connected via a USB cable and then saw the iPhone as an external drive. When I tried with iOS 10 installed, the iPhone was not recognized. However, after several attempts to disconnect and reconnect and connect ANOTHER iPhone to PC and unplugged the PC finally showed the iPhone in the Explorer window.

Thus, in both cases, it seems that something has changed in the way the iPhone allows an external computer to access its data. Note that in each attempt, I * fact * tell iPhone to trust the computer. The iPhone obviously noticed that there is a link being established, but it didn't give permission.

How can I, with iOS 10, access (download) the photos from my iPhone with reliability, without saving until iCloud?

Short update OS X to at least 10.9.5, (or installing Windows 7 with BootCamp or in a Virtual Machine and using Windows to extract the photos) you don't have.

First, I would check the versions ROMMON ('see the platform') and upgrade to the latest available - 12.2 XNC (33r) is in any case much too old for IOS XE 3.13 S, and most recent ROMMONs also fix bugs.

Second, I'd be curious to know what "fsck bootflash:" said...

  • Cisco 887 test & Playstation3 - connectivity failure.

    Hi guys,.

Having problem with 887 and ps3. Can get the internet connection via the ps3 without problem, playstaion network, browse websites and so forth, but when I use PS3 'test connectivity' feature and run it. I lose the connection.

The 887 (have latest IOS) and is connected by wire to the ps3. I have assigned static ip address on ps3 and open dns (4.2.2.2).

I know that cisco does not support UPnP, that would be associated with it?

I tried to enable or disable UPnP on the ps3, which is always the same.

Have open all the ports just to test later on the 887.

Annoying is that once I use some user DSL modem, everything works ok. (Can get online and once I have test the connectivity, it works as well...)

    Its delicate, any reason?

    Thank you

    Luk.

Routers of Cisco IOS are not apt for domestic use, for this and other reasons.

Recommend you get a router of the "small business" range of products for this purpose.

  • Unified_Audit_Trail fails to audit connection failures

    Hi all

    Oracle DB EE version 12.1.0.2.

I have activated Unified_Auditing (pure Mode) on the database and the default policy that ora_logon_failures is enabled.

We have pooled set up and use the view unified_audit_trail / sys.cdb_unified_audit_trail.

I see no record of success / failure of connections. I tried to rebuild politics nothing helps.

Of the clues as to what I can do to solve the problems? I have MOS SR open, but looking for a faster solution.

    Thanks in advance.
