I had problem with restarting and blue yellow screen. I have reset with factory reset. I am confused as what to do I need the podcast radio and itunes ibooks download and cannot use it scared that something will happen. Waiting for your help

It is likely that your phone has an intermittent problem with the hardware. Back UP and then restore iOS through iTunes. If that not the fixed not to take to an Apple store for diagnosis.

The amdxhc.sys is the AMD USB 3.0 driver and the usbfilter.sys is the AMD USB filter driver.

The amdxhc.sys is dated January 3, 2012 and the usbfilter.sys is dated November 16, 2011.

Two of these drivers should be updated to the latest version to ensure compatibility with the motherboard and between them.

HP has an available Update for AMD USB 3.0 driver but I do not see an AMD USB filter driver available for your computer updated.

I might suggest to try to get the package of motherboard chipset from AMD for versions newer and compatible to the two pilots.

You can try the "AMD Chipset drivers' starting from the following link which should update the two drivers.

I recommend to create a System Restore Point before installing the new motherboard drivers.

  • Portege R100 - Random Blue Screen of Death (IRQL not less or equivalent)

    Hello

I've been making 'Blue Screen of Death' screens random in the last few weeks. The error is "IRQL not less or equal ' and it performs a memory dump each time. If I get the error and try to restart the phone after, I usually get the same screen of "Blue Screen of Death" when starting.

I have not installed new hardware lately. Last update about a year; upgrade memory. I tried to replace the RAM with a spare that I had and I was still getting the same error.
I have not installed new software in the last weeks, which would coincide with this error.

I am tracking the temperature of the processor and I'm higher than 48 degrees Celsius.
I'm not an expert, but I guess it's purely a hardware problem? As I rarely hear the CPU fan, I thought it might be overheating of the CPU.

But even after that make the CPU fan to operate at 100% using a free software called "Fan speed" I always got the same random screen of 'Blue Screen of Death'.

I would really appreciate any feedback and assistance. Really, I love my R100 and want to fix it.

    Select this option.

    Hey,.

    > If it's the memory controller can it be replaced?
No, you can only replace the motherboard together. The memory controller is a part of it and it of not possible to replace the memory controller only.

Theoretically, it could be the motherboard (memory controller) to malfunction if Memtest86 errors even you have replaced the RAM already.

But 100% sure answer you can get a service provider approved because they have professional diagnostic tools.
Then get in touch with the guy and ask for help. They can also order a new card of mother if she needs to be replaced.

  • I have a virus protection, secure, said complete analysis but I still get random blue screens and computer freezing or cutting

I have Microsoft Security Essentials and am pretty sure that I have downloaded all the tools provide it free. However, my computer will randomly do the blue screen once in awhile or close on its own without no reason.

    What should I do?

Microsoft Security Essentials is a security software. It does not solve the problems with the operating system that leads to a failure of the operating system (blue screen) which can be caused by many things.

Check with your manufacturer for newer drivers video card (special forces), known issues and
other possible problems - check also the video card and game maker forums. It can even be
a problem created by the interaction of two pilots (rather than the usual cause), perhaps the
video driver and a swap file error and other causes work together to create the problem.

Even if you have done some of these methods here is the complete troubleshooting tool while
    dealing with his need.

Think video drivers especially if it may be others. Refer to the section of driver in my generic bluescreen
methods of troubleshooting below. BIOS, low and antispyway/antivirus/security chipset drivers
programs may also cause this. Check the resolution of the problems and when you get to the pilot and sections tests memory refer to the generic methods in the next message and then returns to the resolution of problems

    BCCode: D1 0x000000D1

    Cause

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high.

This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.

If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates a runtime operation, this bug check was probably caused by a driver who was trying to run code when the code itself has been paginated outside. The possible causes for the error page are:

    • The function was marked as pageable and was operating at an IRQL higher (including obtaining a lock).
    • The function call was made to a function in another pilot, and that this driver has been unloaded.
    • The function was called by using a function pointer that was an invalid pointer.

The problem is with an older driver a new loading equipment when you first load the operating system from Microsoft. Shame on you, Microsoft.  6 weeks to understand it and it is CLEARLY without Microsoft. Sorry, but none of the NDA here.
Its a simple problem, yet almost impossible to find. Catalyst install Manager - ATI HDMI Audio Device will add an Audio device rather than to replace the device driver Audio HDMI Microsoft load the OS installation stage. Or the pilot is ignored all together because Microsoft has already loaded a driver installation for this device.
    [Clean Install FIX]
When you install the ATI Catalyst 10.6, use the custom installation and exclude the HDMI Audio by unchecking the box next to the HDMI Audio. Pilots still end upward in the ATI Catalyst install directory if you can note the ATI installation path. The problem is that ATI will add an HDMI high definition audio device, DOES not replace the Windows device already loaded. Or may not charge a second device. Whatever it is, it uses the Microsoft device driver.
Updated driver software with the driver - Microsoft high definition Audio Device driver ATI manually following the instructions below.

    ===========================================

    The material is highly suspect!

Since you reformatted and reloaded Windows this indicates that the problem is either material or a
very basic pilot who has been reloaded - video/display, network/WiFi, sound, possibly 3rd party
mouse or keyboard, BIOS, chipset and other low level drivers.

This error is usually a driver problem and display adapter (video) driver is the most suspicious if she
may be others. Antivirus/antispyware/security programs, equipment (heat) and major software problems
can also cause the error. When you get to the section of the driver to use the Troubleshoot utility my generic
methods in the next message and then return to the if necessary troubleshooting tool.

Have you recently added hardware or drivers updated? Don't forget to look in Control Panel - Windows
Updates to see if all drivers have been updated it. Other donor opportunities include the antivirus/anti-
    spyware/security programs.

When you get to the pilot and sections of the memory of the troubleshooter check the following message to
update drivers and memory test and then return to the troubleshooter if necessary.

    ------------------------------------------------

Even if you have some of these here tried a fairly complete convenience store just in case.

    BCCode: 7F 0x0000007E

    Cause

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes are:

    • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates a memory access violation has occurred.

For a complete list of exception codes, see the Ntstatus.h file located in the directoryInc. of the Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK).

    Solve the problem

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques.

    • Make sure you have enough disk space.
    • If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
    • Try changing video cards.
    • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
    • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If exception code 0 x 80000003 occurs, a hard-coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but the system was launched with the/nodebug. switch. This problem should occur infrequently. If it occurs repeatedly, make sure that a kernel debugger is connected and the system is booted with theSwitch/DEBUG .

In case of exception code 0 x 80000002, the trap frame provides additional information.

If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following questions:

    • Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that any new hardware that is installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
    • Service driver or defective peripheral system. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If a driver is listed by name in the bug check message, disable or remove that driver. Disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the service by starting the computer by using the recovery and then Console by removing the offending system service file.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x7E.

You can also disable memory cache BIOS may try to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of material, especially the scanner memory, which provides the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved.chk, which contain fragments of files on disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation. You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS.

    BCCode: 109 0 x 00000109

    Cause

There are generally three different causes for this bug check:

    1. A driver has deliberately or inadvertently modified kernel of criticism or data code. Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) and later versions of Windows for computers x 64 do not allow the kernel to be debugged, except through authorized hot patches from Microsoft. For more information, see policy patch for x 64 systems.

    2. A developer tried to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel debugger which was not attached when the system is started. Normal breakpoints (bp) can be defined only if the debugger is attached to the start time. Processor breakpoints (ba) can be defined at any time.

    3. A physical corruption has occurred. For example, the kernel code or data could are stored in memory has failed.

info that would help. Such as ITC and 4 others entered at the bottom left. And all others
error information such as codes of STOP and info like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and similar messages.

  • Random Blue Screen Of Death after upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I was running Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit for many years without any serious problem. After the upgrade to Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit I was prey to a BSOD random. Sometimes I can get several BSOD in one day. Sometimes I could get any same-day heavy after multitasking.  The BSOD may occur during any task or when I try to quit. I have the latest drivers and BIOS. I disconnected all my equipment and refurbished it. I used the diagnostic tools to test my memory 4G and my Seagate 1 t SSHD hybrid and they passed. I changed the sata connection cable my HD to the MB. I did a Windows repair (scannow) and also done a repair install and it did not help. Although these questions is past the BSOD after upgrade to Win 7 64 bit, that I suspect may not be associated with Win 64 bit but could be hardware related. Any help to solve this issue will be appreciated.

    Kind regards

  • Gel system and random blue screens of death, help!

    Hi all

I'm hoping to get help with my system. TI all started since I installed a new video card, or at least, that's when I think it all started. I went to a Nvidia GTX 260 to a 750 from Nvidia and the problems seemed to start from there.

Since I put the 260 in however problems only got worse.

I scanned my system for malware, and I also ran CCleaner without result.

    Here are my system specs:

AMD processor with Six cores (tm) - 6100 FX 3.30 GHZ
    RAM: 8.00 GB

    Windows 7 Home Preemium - SP1

    64 bit

On the BSOD I became IRQL not less or equal, but has not been able to take a picture of it in time. I also got planner of video with BSOD, memory management. (See attached pictures)

As I said before I'll sometimes get a BSOD but the system just hangs and what is on the screen will just stay there and nothing to move or respond to all.

I also ran memtest86 and took photos of the results after an hour, eight hours and 24 hours. (See attachment)

I uninstalled and reinstalled several times video card drivers thinking that could be the problem, but it does not solve too anything.

I'll post my files minidmp in a few minutes.

Here is the link to photos of the errors. http://share.PHO.to/4tTvj

These were related to pool corruption (memory) probably caused by old drivers, the lacts of Service Pack 3 and Avast

I would update these drivers, remove Avast and replace it with MSE and updated to Service Pack 3

  • Blue Screen errors and random crashes, please help!

Hello, I built a computer about a month back, and now, whenever I try to play games and talk on Skype/teamspeak all crashes saying that nothing does, and when I try to open another program it crashes instantly and now I get random blue screens. Here's the code for the blue screen: STOP: 0X0000007E (0XFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0XFFFFF80002E9CBFI, 0XFFFFF880009A99D8, 0XFFFFF880009A9230) I look at the time and make sure that nothing is overheating, but it sews blue screen randomly, I tried to install windows debugging tool, so I can see the dump file, but whenever I try to install it, it says installation failed, it's my only computer, and I need it for school help Please.    Also, when I got this computer ready to go, I took the hard drive from my old computer and transferred the files and some games.

Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

If that suits him fine. If this is not the case, use system restore to go back to an earlier date at the beginning of the problem. To run system restore, click Start-> programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> system restore. Click on the box that says show more restore points.

    -

You can check the corrupted system files. Open an administrator command prompt and run SFC if the above does not help. Click START, and then type CMD in the search box, right-click on CMD. EXE and click run as administrator. Then, from the command prompt type sfc/scannow.

    -

Finally if all else fails, you can look at the rather cryptic system event log. To make, click Start-> Control Panel-> administration-> event viewer tools. Once in Event Viewer system log-click and scroll entries looking for these "error" with indicator see if you can find guidance on where the problem may be.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

  • Problem Acer Aspire V7 blue screen!

    Hello

I've updated to 8.1 windows and now I have random blue screens that it is told in fourth; IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

    what it means?

    Thank you

I just bought a new samsung 1x8GB DDR3L stick now ive got 11.9 GB RAM works OK

  • My computer keeps giving me the blue screen of death... even after that I reinstalled the operating system

I have an emachines W3644... it came originally with windows xp family, but I currently have windows xp pro installed. It worked great for 4 months, no problems or anything. I got it sitting speakers... speakers were not connected or hung. I don't know if this could hit anything or not? My computer has 1.37 GB of RAM and the graphics card is a NVIDIA GeForce 6100 nForce 405.

Questions are... Well, he keeps just randomly bluescreening. There isn't really a reason as that why, I'm the only person using this desktop computer, and I really did something to do that. I have scanned with many different scanners, and they found simple things like false positives and tracking cookies, none of which is a big deal.

I tried many things to fix this myself... but nothing has worked. I'm starting to wonder if it's something to do with the material?

I tried many things... include system restore, using the last known settings who worked, and also something to do with the domain controllers, or whatever.

No one has solved the problem. He continues to randomly bluescreen. Also, a few times I clicked on records and he told me that they were corrupt, and when I right click on them and click Properties, it says that this folder contains 0 bytes of data... when there is more than 1 GB of stuff in there. This is the folder where I put my icons of computer maintenance and other things in.

Then I'll reboot it'll randomly blue screen while windows is loading, he'll also do to the logon screen and sometimes even after connection... sometimes I it will load everything very well and it'll be on the desktop and I will leave the room and return, and it will be on the blue screen.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. I reinstalled windows... and he still bluescreens. I copied most of the error codes he gave me... If someone could tell me please what they mean, or be of any help that would be great. I tried a lot of things... even reinstall... and he still continues to bluescreen. I also unplugged then replugged... all that does not work either. I also tried in safe mode, even in safe mode it bluescreens, sometimes even during loading safe mode.

Anyway... Let me just enumerate all the error messages I've written... Please look at and if you know what NONE of them speaks, please let me know. I just want to know what his question is... so I can hopefully do this fix, or at least get another or something.

Here are the error codes I wrote last week.

It's all the ones I copied. I tried to reinstall and still get errors. Please, someone tell me what these codes mean as soon as POSSIBLE.

    Thank you.

If the RAM is only four months and you have identified that it is at the origin of the problems (e.g. the BSOD happen when only a single module of RAM is in) and then even after four months it can always happen.  Things such as ESD (Electro Static Discharge) or plug the RAM while it is still on the motherboard can cause these problems to happen... but they may or may not happen immediately.  The RAM could be faulty from the beginning, but has only gotten worse.  But unfortunately there is nothing that can make it work, if it is faulty, then it has to go back for a refund/replacement - as boring (and believe me, I know) that it is.

0X000000BE normally concerns pilots in regards to the 0 x 00000050 - this normally either bad RAM, video memory, and bad devices (although not very likely) or bad memory Cache L2 (did not have a lot of people), but it can also be bad device driver software.

I wish that the BSOD errors are actually more accurate as to describe what is at the root of the problem but they are not, and most of the time, it is by a process of elimination that we can solve the problems. However, I would say that if your original RAM works in the machine and you get only BSOD when the new RAM is in, then the new RAM is the culprit.

Here's a little info on the RAM and it does: http://www.technologybasics.co.uk/WhatIsRAMAndWhatDoesItDo.html

I hope I covered everything, but other questions, do not hesitate to ask :)
