The amdxhc.sys is the AMD USB 3.0 driver and the usbfilter.sys is the AMD USB filter driver.

The amdxhc.sys is dated January 3, 2012 and the usbfilter.sys is dated November 16, 2011.

Two of these drivers should be updated to the latest version to ensure compatibility with the motherboard and between them.

HP has an available Update for AMD USB 3.0 driver but I do not see an AMD USB filter driver available for your computer updated.

I might suggest to try to get the package of motherboard chipset from AMD for versions newer and compatible to the two pilots.

You can try the "AMD Chipset drivers' starting from the following link which should update the two drivers.

I recommend to create a System Restore Point before installing the new motherboard drivers.

It's really annoying because I have important files on this computer work and can't afford to get in shape!   I put my confidence in using windows and keep it updated.   During the installation of your updates, it made my system fails and does not restart.   I'll be very upset if this update of windows xp causes me to have to reformat and lose important files!

Any advice on a solution?   I need to get this computer work as soon as POSSIBLE.

    Ben River

I ordered the Dell XP disc and did the re-install. It works fine now. The Dell technical support had me do some updates on the web as well. I have not had problems since. What happened with the automatic updates completely wiped out my operating system. At least I don't have to buy a new computer.

If nothing else works, try reinstalling your operating system. It worked for me.

  • Adding RAM causes freeze or blue screen. RAM works well with Win XP

I upgraded from Win XP to Win 7.  I had problems with the installation so I removed all non-essential equipment and was able to complete the installation.  When I add more RAM, I had emoved (two DIMMs of 512 MB) to the current 1 GB DIMM, Win 7 either freezes or I get a blue screen after boot up (it does not boot up to the desktop computer).  Even RAM works very well with my old XP OS (I did a disk clone before moving to Win 7).  The card motherboard BIOS is up to date (according to eSupport) and DIMMs are the same characteristics (a 1 GB DIMM and two 512 MB DIMMS for a total of 2 GB).  Windows 7 works very well with just the 1 GB DIMM in memory 1 of 3 location, but any combination of causes freeze or blue screen.  Is there something on the way Windows 7 manages RAM which is causing the problem?  If so, is there something I can do to solve the problem?

try running Memtest86 +, which runs from a floppy disk or CD and should eliminate or
confirm whether your one or more of your sticks of memory are bad or the values of the SPD in the BIOS are correct.
Let it run for as long as you can: 2,4,6,8 or several hours, so no errors at that time then your ram is OK.

Check with your manufacturer for newer drivers video card (special forces), known issues and
other possible problems - check also the video card and game maker forums. It can even be
a problem created by the interaction of two pilots (rather than the usual cause), perhaps the
video driver and a swap file error and other causes work together to create the problem.

    ==============================================================

Even if you have done some of these methods here is the complete troubleshooting tool while
    dealing with his need.

Think video drivers especially if it may be others. Refer to the section of driver in my generic bluescreen
methods of troubleshooting below. BIOS, low and antispyway/antivirus/security chipset drivers
programs may also cause this. Check the resolution of the problems and when you get to the pilot and sections tests memory refer to the generic methods in the next message and then returns to the resolution of problems

    BCCode: D1 0x000000D1

    Cause

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high.

This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.

If the first parameter has the same value as the fourth parameter, and the third parameter indicates a runtime operation, this bug check was probably caused by a driver who was trying to run code when the code itself has been paginated outside. The possible causes for the error page are:

    • The function was marked as pageable and was operating at an IRQL higher (including obtaining a lock).
    • The function call was made to a function in another pilot, and that this driver has been unloaded.
    • The function was called by using a function pointer that was an invalid pointer.

The problem is with an older driver a new loading equipment when you first load the operating system from Microsoft. Shame on you, Microsoft.  6 weeks to understand it and it is CLEARLY without Microsoft. Sorry, but none of the NDA here.
Its a simple problem, yet almost impossible to find. Catalyst install Manager - ATI HDMI Audio Device will add an Audio device rather than to replace the device driver Audio HDMI Microsoft load the OS installation stage. Or the pilot is ignored all together because Microsoft has already loaded a driver installation for this device.
    [Clean Install FIX]
When you install the ATI Catalyst 10.6, use the custom installation and exclude the HDMI Audio by unchecking the box next to the HDMI Audio. Pilots still end upward in the ATI Catalyst install directory if you can note the ATI installation path. The problem is that ATI will add an HDMI high definition audio device, DOES not replace the Windows device already loaded. Or may not charge a second device. Whatever it is, it uses the Microsoft device driver.
Updated driver software with the driver - Microsoft high definition Audio Device driver ATI manually following the instructions below.

    ===========================================

    The material is highly suspect!

Since you reformatted and reloaded Windows this indicates that the problem is either material or a
very basic pilot who has been reloaded - video/display, network/WiFi, sound, possibly 3rd party
mouse or keyboard, BIOS, chipset and other low level drivers.

This error is usually a driver problem and display adapter (video) driver is the most suspicious if she
may be others. Antivirus/antispyware/security programs, equipment (heat) and major software problems
can also cause the error. When you get to the section of the driver to use the Troubleshoot utility my generic
methods in the next message and then return to the if necessary troubleshooting tool.

Have you recently added hardware or drivers updated? Don't forget to look in Control Panel - Windows
Updates to see if all drivers have been updated it. Other donor opportunities include the antivirus/anti-
    spyware/security programs.

When you get to the pilot and sections of the memory of the troubleshooter check the following message to
update drivers and memory test and then return to the troubleshooter if necessary.

    ------------------------------------------------

Even if you have some of these here tried a fairly complete convenience store just in case.

    BCCode: 7F 0x0000007E

    Cause

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes are:

    • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates a memory access violation has occurred.

For a complete list of exception codes, see the Ntstatus.h file located in the directoryInc. of the Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK).

    Solve the problem

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques.

    • Make sure you have enough disk space.
    • If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
    • Try changing video cards.
    • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
    • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If exception code 0 x 80000003 occurs, a hard-coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but the system was launched with the/nodebug. switch. This problem should occur infrequently. If it occurs repeatedly, make sure that a kernel debugger is connected and the system is booted with theSwitch/DEBUG .

In case of exception code 0 x 80000002, the trap frame provides additional information.

If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following questions:

    • Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that any new hardware that is installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
    • Service driver or defective peripheral system. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If a driver is listed by name in the bug check message, disable or remove that driver. Disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the service by starting the computer by using the recovery and then Console by removing the offending system service file.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x7E.

You can also disable memory cache BIOS may try to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of material, especially the scanner memory, which provides the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved.chk, which contain fragments of files on disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation. You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS.

    BCCode: 109 0 x 00000109

    Cause

There are generally three different causes for this bug check:

    1. A driver has deliberately or inadvertently modified kernel of criticism or data code. Microsoft Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 1 (SP1) and later versions of Windows for computers x 64 do not allow the kernel to be debugged, except through authorized hot patches from Microsoft. For more information, see policy patch for x 64 systems.

    2. A developer tried to set a normal kernel breakpoint using a kernel debugger which was not attached when the system is started. Normal breakpoints (bp) can be defined only if the debugger is attached to the start time. Processor breakpoints (ba) can be defined at any time.

    3. A physical corruption has occurred. For example, the kernel code or data could are stored in memory has failed.

  • I have a virus protection, secure, said complete analysis but I still get random blue screens and computer freezing or cutting

I have Microsoft Security Essentials and am pretty sure that I have downloaded all the tools provide it free. However, my computer will randomly do the blue screen once in awhile or close on its own without no reason.

    What should I do?

Microsoft Security Essentials is a security software. It does not solve the problems with the operating system that leads to a failure of the operating system (blue screen) which can be caused by many things.

I'm moving your question to the forum of Windows system repair section, but you will need to provide much more detail so that everyone to not even start you help.

Is there a fix or is dead XP?

    Hello

You have a Restore Point before this happened?

How to make a Vista system restore
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/76905-System-Restore-how.html

Visit this link before you restore just in case that is your problem.

    http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/vistawu/thread/276904c0-e775-4AC9-92b3-8abf465f8d4d

Try a restore of the system to a point before that happened. And immediately thereafter enter
Control Panel - Windows updates - top left settings and set it to download and informs you instead
Automatic. Leave it until you are sure that everything is OK and then you can add them one at a time
to troubleshoot BUT click right on and HIDE all the driver updates. Also stop at day of drivers like below
and let this value - manually search for drivers when you think you need. (See how and why to)
    stop day of drivers below.)

    -----------------------------------------

    Cause

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes are:

    • 0 x 80000002: STATUS_DATATYPE_MISALIGNMENT indicates an unaligned data reference was encountered.
    • 0 x 80000003: STATUS_BREAKPOINT indicates a breakpoint or ASSERTION was met when no kernel debugger was attached to the system.
    • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates a memory access violation has occurred.

For a complete list of exception codes, see the Ntstatus.h file located in the directory Inc. of the Microsoft Windows Driver Kit (WDK).

If exception code 0 x 80000003 occurs, a hard-coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but the system was launched with the /nodebug. switch. This problem should occur infrequently. If it occurs repeatedly, make sure that a kernel debugger is connected and the system is booted with the Switch/DEBUG .

Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved .chk , which contain fragments of files on disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation. You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS.

    -------------------------------------------------------------

Stop the automatic driver updates as below - use these methods when you want to update the drivers.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For
each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description,.
version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your
video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this
cannot do anything as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their
own the software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
(Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
pilot - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

How to install a device driver in Vista Device Manager
    http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/193584-Device-Manager-install-driver.html

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver in the Windows updates,
This leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause
questions. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it) and then go look for new ones
    manually if you wish.

  • Get netr28ux.sys "error on a blue screen.

Dell computer brand new running on the pre installed Windows7 Pro bought four weeks ago

    and

& nine TL-WN321G adapter purchased separately specifically because it is compatible with Windows7 Pro 64 bit pre-installed

netr28ux.sys "blue screen error" has been crashing the OS of the computer of my home at startup - can someone help me to cure this?

I read online that this file system is something to do with the wireless network card driver... not sure if it is the OS or driver... However, the pilot works fine, and I connect to the internet OK with it.

I took a minidump files and the error is an error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA (50) compatible caused by the netr28ux.sys, who is a driver for the wireless.

No other third-party driver is involved in the accident.

The problem may be only with the netr28ux.sys that could be damaged or updated to a problematic version.

I would say to uninstall the wireless drivers are now installed and install the next version of Dell:

  • Kindle keyboard causes error on blue screen of Windows 7

Monday, July 23, 2012, I bought two books on Amazon.com for my Kindle, selected the option "transfer via USB," tie my Kindle to the computer and transfer books him without any problem.

Wednesday, July 25, 2012, I have attached my Kindle on my computer, and as soon as the Kindle under tension, it caused my computer to run a crash 'blue screen '. I checked to make sure my Windows software is up to date and that was the case, so I tried again to connect to my Kindle, and it's the same thing.

Two of these attempts, the Kindle is 'on' but 'asleep', so I tried to turn off the Kindle completely and then to the computer. Once more, I got the "Blue screen" error and crash.

I'm still able to attach an external hard drive Seagate as a Lexar USB FlashDrive to my computer with no problems. Only the Kindle's envelope the problem.

    My computer is as follows:

    • HP EliteBook p 8460, running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Service Pack 1
    • Intel® Core® i7 - 2640M (2.80 GHz, 4 MB L3 cache) processor
    • Chipset mobile Intel QM67 Express

    My Kindle is:

    • Kindle keyboard, software version 3.3

Updates to Windows that have been added to my computer from the time wherever I could connect my Kindle with success and time which I started getting the "Blue screen" errors are:

    • Windows Defender Update KB915597 (definition 1.131.548.0) 24/07/2012
    • Fix for Windows (KB2397190) 25/07/2012

    • Fix for Windows (KB2615592) 25/07/2012
    • Fix for Windows (KB2621419) 25/07/2012

I posted this problem on Amazon Kindle Help Forum yesterday, and they suggested I have ask Microsoft about it.

No one here knows anything about this problem and how I should go to try to fix it?

So while that not directly responsible, your Acronis drivers (snapman.sys) are mentioned in the stack of each BSOD event trace - and third party drivers only 3 are mentioned.

Therefore, please uninstall the software Acronis of your system and see if that stops the BSOD.

Bluetooth mouse drivers are from 2009, please update.

Infineon Personal Secure Drive driver dating 2009 also, please update.

As a point to the FAT file system - memory images I would say running CHKDSK /r /f from a prompt (run as administrator) on your F: drive (the drive HP tools is FAT32) and your Kindle (I'm not sure of the file system used by the Kindle - but it does not seem to be involved in accidents)

More information about the error STOP 0 x 23 here: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000023 in particular, please see the section of usual Causes.

Finally, please run diagnostics of hard disk on your drives.  There is a free test list here: http://www.carrona.org/hddiag.html

Driver Verifier is probably not needed here - that the errors do not point to the type of memory dump this key usually Driver Verifier.  If the BSOD continues after completing the steps above - we may have to reconsider, but don't need immediately.

  • Portege R100 - Random Blue Screen of Death (IRQL not less or equivalent)

    Hello

I've been making 'Blue Screen of Death' screens random in the last few weeks. The error is "IRQL not less or equal ' and it performs a memory dump each time. If I get the error and try to restart the phone after, I usually get the same screen of "Blue Screen of Death" when starting.

I have not installed new hardware lately. Last update about a year; upgrade memory. I tried to replace the RAM with a spare that I had and I was still getting the same error.
I have not installed new software in the last weeks, which would coincide with this error.

I am tracking the temperature of the processor and I'm higher than 48 degrees Celsius.
I'm not an expert, but I guess it's purely a hardware problem? As I rarely hear the CPU fan, I thought it might be overheating of the CPU.

But even after that make the CPU fan to operate at 100% using a free software called "Fan speed" I always got the same random screen of 'Blue Screen of Death'.

I would really appreciate any feedback and assistance. Really, I love my R100 and want to fix it.

    Select this option.

    Hey,.

    > If it's the memory controller can it be replaced?
No, you can only replace the motherboard together. The memory controller is a part of it and it of not possible to replace the memory controller only.

Theoretically, it could be the motherboard (memory controller) to malfunction if Memtest86 errors even you have replaced the RAM already.

But 100% sure answer you can get a service provider approved because they have professional diagnostic tools.
Then get in touch with the guy and ask for help. They can also order a new card of mother if she needs to be replaced.

  • File blue screen screenshot, which is the cause of this blue screen

My younger brother is using Sony VAIO laptop, Model: VGN-CR353 and Windows Vista Home Premium. Here's the DMP file for bluescreen.

    Download the dmp file: here

What could cause this blue screen and how can it be solved?
If you are unable to download the file, please let me know where to download for you.

    Best regards

Looks like it's an error stop 0x0000001a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. I would like to get rid of Symantec AV. And install something better to start. WHEN it crash? At any time? When you use a particular program? Looks like virtual clonedrive can also crash a system. If it is installed

  • Error KeyCrypt64.sys with Comcast constant blue screen guard all modes in Windows 7

I am quite experienced with computers and have worked as a technicial since Windows 3.1. I can usually understand something with enough research, but I'm here stummped. It is useful that I took out most of the work of tech and went into programming full-time about 6 years ago.

In any case, I tried to first Windows 8 Windows 7 upgrade. I used the downloaded installer. It seems to be okay, but I'm excited and made the rookie mistake trying to update too much my apps before the next redΘmarrage - even if they had not, to my recollection, asked to reset. Now, all I get is a blue screen showing INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I finally found the way to get into safe mode, and it does the same thing. Here are the relevant details:

    • Windows 8 Pro x 64
    • in place upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium x 64
    • Laptop HP dv6 - 2173cl
    • 4 GB of RAM, about 500 GB disk with about 90 GB free space remaining

Here's what I stupidly installed without rebooting:

    • Comcast keeps constant (using Norton 360 and other tools), including, apparently, an AntiLogger

First of all, the blue screen appears on the monitor secondary extrnal while that the Windows logo appears on the laptop itself.
Second, the complete error message is "INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (KeyCrypt64.sys). I tried even to rename the folder I found KeyCrypt64.sys from C:\program files (x 86) \KeyCryptSDK to KeyCryptBAD doesn't let me enter the system in safe mode or other means.  Having critical files that I can't save any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just had to fix HP Elitebook my aunt with Win 7 x 64 and constant guard.  Restore points was far enough to solve the problem.  I really hate to reboot the computer, so I spent ten minutes on this one and had it work without too much trouble.  These steps require some special computer knowledge, a mouse external USB and a keyboard and another computer to work - so you may need to ask a friend to help.  But if you follow these instructions, I see no reason why you can not facing up and running without delay.

As the BSOD gave us the name of the driver, I decided to rename it.  You can use a CD or bootable USB key, but since I have the tools I just removed the hard drive and connected on another computer.

    1) go to the folder \Windows\System32\Drivers on the disk with the BSOD problem

    (2) rename keycrypt64.sys to something like keycrypt64.sy ~ (that's the main culprit - part of constant guard)

    (3) rename hpqkbfiltr.sys in hpqkbfiltr.sy ~ (I had to do this one because after step 2, I got a BSOD for this driver.  This inadvertently disabled the touchpad and keyboard on the EliteBook, so I had to plug in a keyboard and a USB mouse)

    (4) connect a keyboard and an external USB mouse

    (4) reinstall the disk hard if you deleted it, or just reboot if you renamed the files in other words

    (5) uninstall the program telling guard from the Control Panel, programs and features

    (6) restart

    7) return to \Windows\System32\Drivers and rename hpqkbfiltr.sy ~ in hpqkbfiltr.sys

    (8) unplug your USB external mouse and keyboard and restart

That's all.  Quick and easy for me, I hope this will help you too.

I will not go into the details on constant guard program that was installed as part of the 'free' software with Norton, who provided his ISP, Comcast.  There are many resources on the Comcast forums.  And from 04/02/2013 I saw a post on the forums that says the problem has been fixed, but I'm not going to tempt fate and reinstall the constant guard.

  • How to troubleshoot audio issues cause by the blue screen of death?

I faced a problem with my audio laptop. This operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. He has some kind of problem when I watch a movie, I can't hear any sound coming through the speakers, and even when I plugged in a headset, the same thing always happens. • Creation of Blu - ray causes windows crash blue screen

I'm testing the first Elements 7 for the creation of better quality DVD and Blu ray discs. Source is AVCHD 1920x1080i and I managed to create a number of DVD and a Bluray without problem. My last try creating a Bluray disc failed at about 98%, burn underway with an error of the device. As a result, a windows blue screen crash. Much more worrisome is that if I re - insert the BD RE disc in my PC to erase it and start over, he immediately requested a windows blue screen crash, so I assume that the disk is in ruins. I've used Premiere Pro, Ulead and more recently Cyberlink Power Director and Sony Vegas. The quality of images DVD produced by the Prime Minister is far superior and the output Bluray was also excellent. CyberLink has proved to be a flat good package of the poor quality of the re-output stream. Sony Vegas Pro seems the only one to recognize raw images of AVCHD and choose of does not recompress it! The version of Movie Studio does not seem to do that, however, I only got a limited trials go. I narrowed my choice to upgrade to Adobe first, or the cheaper 7 elements that fits my needs for the home movies, however, has a major accident of windows, that I never tend to get scared me. Why o why is there not a burn to the option of hard drive for creation concerning the Bluray DVD? Someone has a similar problem - any ideas as to what I might try?

A situation of BSOD normally indicates something is not systemicly with the computer. It may be a software (usually BONES), or related equipment.

The first thing I would do would be to gather all the info on your system and full list OS, version, updates, etc. and all material specifications. Something in these lists might be a clue.

Then I would look carefully at the observer of events, in particular the tabs system and Applications. Look for the yellow warning at the time of the BSOD messages and especially the red error messages. It might be easier to invoke a BSOD, so that you know the exact time and date of the accident. Carefully consider each yellow and each message in red. Many might not give much useful info, but some could talk you a lot about what happens and can even give you the cause. Please explore all the links that are provided in each of these messages. They should take you on either the website of MS, or on the site of a software or hardware of the company. These will probably be where you will collect the most important data.

Here's what to look for in the event viewer:

Give us all the details which is is found.

Also, see this LINK. The video is a little long, but will provide you with a lot of troubleshooting advice and also tools of notes MS. Make of these tools and their use.

    Good luck
