Photos and Capture picture on iPhone not recognize all THE photos to import
I'm trying to import pictures on my iPhone on my iMac (or MacBook Pro) 6. However, when I plug my iPhone to a computer, more than a year of photos are not recognized for the import either by application. He said that I have about 400 new photos to import and eventually leave a distance of 21 July 2014 (3 random pictures of August & September 2015 in there) February 9, 2016.
The photos are all on iCloud, and I could download them to my computer from there, but what a pain! I would have rather plug my phone and have photos that need to be imported automatically identified.
Any ideas?

If your iPhone is synchronized with iCloud photo library, you cannot import photos from your iPhone, that is to say, if your iPhone is using the option "optimize storage. Then the photos may not be on your iPhone, but only in iCloud, and the iPhone takes only smaller, optimized versions.
To be able to import the iPhone by USB, you must make sure, that all photos have been uploaded to the iPhone in full resolution, with "Optimize storage" disabled, if your iPhone has enough storage to allow.
Otherwise use iCloud photo library to download pictures on your Mac.

iPhone not recognized by iTunes in recovery mode
Hello
I have disabled my iPhone by entering the password wrong too many times.
I do not have a reliable PC, so it makes things a little more difficult. The device is not (ask for the trusted PC) when it is connected normally but does not offer the option to restore the default values. She however does not recognize the device when it is in Recovery Mode.
I checked my drivers, all the required software are installed, I use an original with port 2.0 usb cable (I also plugged my iPad who trusted the PC and checked another iPhone that is not disabled and both work)
I followed apple for iPhone reset guide, but it does not go past the stage where iTunes should appear a window with the option to update or restore the device
Someone at - he encountered this problem before? Any thoughts?
I asked a friend who works in an Apple repair shop and he has not encountered this problem before.
Thank you!
Try DFU
Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable.
Turn off the device.
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
After that 15 seconds, you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.
If this does not work, try the old way of doing the recovery mode
Launch iTunes
Connect the USB cable to the PC, but NOT on the iPhone
Turn the iPhone off
Hold the "home" button
Connect the cable
Keep now "home" button until you get the iTunes icon and the cable on the screen of the iPhone
Restore as a new
Hope that helps

iPhone with iOS 9 or higher onboard requires iTunes 12.3 or higher. You need to upgrade your operating system, or use another computer to sync your phone.

When I turn on wifi, the wifi devices present with green lights and the internet shows a yellow light.
Through the different ways for a solution. Power cycling my net and telephone. Forget this network don't forget the password and I have to choose the wifi and enter a password. Still seeing internet.

I have not yet owned this Macbook Pro for more than a week yet and it's brand new. I had my iPhone in January is also new. My iTunes is picking up that my iPhone is plugged, but my Photos app refuses to do... Now, it is not the case... What I'm doing! I want my Photos app just to take my iPhone, and I would like to import photos. I don't want to have to go through the Capture of Image or any other application to do. Such a pain. Please help me!

L.R., I cannot import the photo of the new camera. Get the following message: "some files are not recognized by the raw format support in Lightroom." Click below to view a version update of Lightroom. Done this and updated Lightroom 4.4. Still cannot import - get the same message.
Devices supported by Adobe Camera Raw
The D610 requires LR version 5.3 or newer.
If you don't want to upgrade, you can download the current DNG Converter and convert the NEF files to DNG before importing the DNG files.

iPhone, iPad Air 2 not recognized by iTunes
Very frustrated right now. Given that Apple's Support is not in contact with return despite requests, the story will go here. I have Windows 10, iPhone 6 + and iPad Air 2. Last weekend I was invited to and did pass to iTunes 12.5.1.21. Plugged my iPhone 6 +. Not recognized by iTunes; 'sync' gray. Tried the same thing with my iPad 2 Air. Same result. I get no error message. Here are my troubleshooting - what I'm missing, Apple?
- Lightning card Checked, works fine with other devices.
- Rebooted PC.
- Rebooted IPhone.
- Restarted iPad Air 2.
- I've tried different start up sequences (start iTunes connect manually; first)
- Went to 'Upgrade device via Device Manager' - these devices are working properly.
- Updated my iPhone and iPad 2 air for iOS 10 successfully.
- Apple email support; 48 hours later they gave me another email address for contact.
- Chose the Contact Apple Support via phone option - screen "we will call you - your phone will ring at any time. Still waiting for the phone to ring.
- From Discussions on Apple's site with troubleshooting tips, have tried all suggestions with no luck - If iTunes does not recognize your iPhone, iPad or iPod - Apple Support.
- I even opened and closed the blinds completely throughout my house to see if that would help. Go figure.
- The last resort on them, says "Contact Apple support" - see #9 above. Twice.
Apple-Support - What should I do at this point? I'm all ears, and Android is looking better and better during my next upgrade.
Happy to report that I finally found a position that has fixed this. Someone has to give Community contributor turingtest2 a price, they had an incredible post in communities that have corrected my problem. See below for the excellent suggestions.

Try opening the iPhone before connecting to Windows. If the film is not empty, then the device should be listed in Windows Explorer. If it still does not show try to restart the computer and the device, and then try again. If it does not show more in iTunes then try iOS device is not showing in iTunes for Windows.
