  Just today, I noticed that my iPhone 6s was download continuously at the speed of the network via WiFi only when is plugged in the wall charger or the USB loader on the computer. As soon as I stop charging the phone, the download stops. I have no idea what download and I'm a little frustrated because my connection high speed/wireless home is capped.

  Sync to iTunes on WiFi and iCloud backups are disabled. I had subscribed to 9.3.2 iOS beta on the registration by registering with my Apple ID last week, but I haven't added the certificate so that it can download OTA or via iTunes. I have no update available on my Apple store as well.

  I noticed the slowdown on my cause of internet connection of desktop computers that my phone of summer download something on wifi while he is in charge and I also saw the use of the network by using "System Monitor" app on the App store.

  I did a factory reset on by phone by "Erase all content and data" and chose to set up as a "new iPhone" after reset done. There are now only apple applications on the phone, I connected to wifi with the charger plugged and the problem persists. I wonder if it was to be an apple iOS update, I am on iOS 9.3.1 and 9.3.2 is still in beta, I'm not sure if there is an apple update going on in the background.

  I just bought a Toshiba L650 - 1 k 5 in a store of Toshiba with no OS on it. I put on a Windows 7 Professional X 64 purchased, legal with all toshiba drivers necessary. It was a week ago.
  There are a few days that the laptop has begun to freeze for no reason but only when the charger is connected. It was freezing with no runnig software, all of a sudden, when I went to the control panel and device control a yellow triangle were shown, but when I clicked on the failure notice it did not show anything a few clicks later, it showed that something wrong with one of the PnP devices, but none has been mentioned. I installed sp1 and a couple of drivers from Toshiba Web site and the machine still keeps freezing with no reason, especially when the charger is plugged?

  What is going on? Should I put a x 32 windows 7 on or what?

  Hey Buddy,

  I don t think that the 64 bit version of Windows 7 is the problem: is IT s software/driver related hardware problem or problem, but it is not easy to say because your computer laptop wasn t equipped with operating system preinstalled so you can t test with the factory settings.

  What you can try is reinstalling Windows 7 new with all the drivers prétestées on official website of Toshiba. Then, make sure the Device Manager shows no yellow exclamation more and test again the situation as a whole.

  If the same error, it seems to be a hardware malfunction and an authorized service provider can help you get rid of this.

  The following led lights only when the AC adapter is connected to the system and is in charge of the battery.

  

  If the light is not lit when the AC adapter is connected to the system then I suggest you try to Flash the BIOS of the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the operating system and then download the BIOS from the system BIOS section and install it.

  We have a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop.  When the charger is connected the screen will become black suddenly, and you can't seem to get the screen goes again.  It does not seem to close completely because when I press the power button twice (or more?) it brings back me to the password screen.

  This only occurs when you run the battery, IE. not connected charger.  I bought a new charger thinking that was the problem, but the same thing with the new charger.

  My only thought is that it could be the battery but unwilling to spend £60 on a new if it does not solve the problem.  And also the battery OK charges when the laptop is not activated.

  Hi Tiffany - Sorry a very very late thank you for your help on this.

  I've been very busy and have therefore been put off watching it.  We have been surviving off the battery and when he runs out to paralyze the system / sleep mode and reload.  It became quite frustrating and that's why I've decided that I really need to fix this problem.

  As you the advised, I went just through the safe mode and the problem occurred again glancing at your advice it seems there must be a hardware problem.  I had originally bought a spare power outlet, and this does not work then maybe it's the battery.  As you suggested, maybe a qualified support store is the best solution now.

  Have you tried an external monitor on the laptop?
  If the external monitor works fine, it seems to be a problem of internal display and must be replaced.

  You use the factory settings on your laptop computer or you have installed your own version of Windows? Before turning to an authorized service provider, you need to restore factory settings to determine if it s a hardware or software problem. With the factory settings, everything should work fine and if not, I think it s a hardware problem.

  I understand that you notice a decrease in speed wireless on the x 360-15-w100nt laptop computer ENVY when running off the battery voltage.

  You can check and adjust the power options on the system as it is probably trying to save battery power by reducing wireless performance.

  If you're still having problems, you can follow the steps described in this document to troubleshoot the network settings and internet wireless.

  I assume that you use a while loop to keep the updated value.

  Add a record to offset to your looping it initialize with a U32 (time in ms)

  Add the registry to offset to your loop that keeps the previous value of your bool

  When your reaches the threshold value => the light and set the current time in your shift register.

  In the next iteration of the loop weather check value is still above threshold

  => Y-online previous set to true?

  => Y-online the next iteration

  -Online N => turn switch on and set the current time in your shift register.

  -Online N => subtract the time current less time shift record-online more then 5 seconds?

  I use HP G42 - 461TU Notebook.I have a problem with my laptop. He often gets crash when the load increases. Once when the charger is plugged in, it works fine. But when the charger is disconnected, it gets even once block. I thought it might be due to problem of memory and I added extra 2 GB DDR3 RAM too (totally 4 GB now), but the problem persists.   SOLVED

  Go to control panel > hardware and audio > power options > change settings > change advance power settings > managent processor power > political cooling system > set to battery for 'Active' option if it is selected as a liability.
