  Seems ridiculous that a Sept 2016 4th Gen apple TV purchase has the same problems of connectivity with the App store. Impossible to connect, or even choose App store, or spare parts offline, erratic, glitch and acts as a problem of distance, but seems to be a software problem or interface.   1 not easily. There is no way to select the device to control, you end up control both. You could get a programmable remote control and lead to control different devices, but this would require a deception.

  If you mean the IR remote, I don't think that the XS can do that, you must use the wired remote.

  I don't know if this section is intended to solve the problems with the existing applications of Sony, but it seemed the most appropriate for my question. If it does not fit here pls move.

  The main reason that I bought this tablet rather than others was simply IR no other tablet support AFAIK. And it works fine with my TV, my SAT, my stereo receiver and even my fan seeling. I was sure that I could use with the PS3, because hey its Sony, it has Bluetooth, there is already a BT remote workin for the PS3 and it works with the PSP.
  I was shocked when I discovered that there is no way to control. I am not a developer application (still ) and therefor have little understanding of it. But given the remotefunctions existing all that we need is someone who can pack orders in an app for android.

  I don't want to be rude, but frankly I do not understand why Sony didn't already do. Even if they charge a dollar for it, they did already benefit in my opinion. And if its free, still more ppl would buy the Tablet because of this.

  To summarize, y at - it app for PS3 remote control or is a person workin on one?

  A Playstation remote control application for the Sony tablet is currently scheduled. There is no ETA at this time for its release.

• Remote control for FDR AX - 33 other than the app and phone

  Y at - it a wireless remote for the AX-33 FDR that doesn't require that use a phone or other video device. I want a small remote control that allows me to zoom in and out with out having to use the phone. I want the video to display on the screen of the camera. I would go back to the meaning of the lens so I could see what is recorded when I'm in the video. Using the phone to zoom in and out is clumsy and abnormal looking when I'm in the video. With a little distance which may be hidden in hand with just the buttons zoom and the start and stop buttons would be preferable. Half the time when I'm in the video, the final result shows that I record, as well as what I recorded on my phone that is in the actual recorded video. ******!!!! This use of wifi on your phone to a remote is not convenient for what I need to do. Give me a small remote control like it used to be with the older camera!

  We suggest that you check the RMT-VP1K IR remote. You can set this with your tripod and connect the IR receiver to the Multi USB port on the camera and control it wireless using the Commander.

• Wish list of smart remote control

  I used the app smart remote with the Alpha 6000 and here are a few things I wish he can do.  Maybe if the community made a list, we can influence the development of products!

  1. display the meter on smartphone, if the device is in manual mode.  Currently, the only way we can adjust aperature and shutter and getting the right exposure is watch the meter of the rear camera.

  2 save Raw files only.  It is useful remote applications to record values such as the the White Balance, focus Mode, ISO and restores the original values when it stops.  However, it is not clear why the choice for some of them has been limited in the remote app.

  3. stored on images in-camera GPS closed.  The remote app not geolocate the JPG sent to the smartphone, but I do not use these images because of the low resolution.  As the phone is two-way communication with the camera, couldn't the location be stored in JPG and RAW images on the camera?

  4. seeing camera on smartphone battery level, given how remote app burning through camera batteries.

  5. not sure why the remote app changes the display on the back of my camera.  Rear camera screen, I used to use has no vision of the image, but a lot of information of the camera, because I use the viewfinder for all shots except with the remote app. This view is not available when the Smart remote control is running.

  6. do you have full access to view and change the camera settings while the remote control is running.

• How can I remotely control the music on the 4th generation Apple TV

  On the 3rd generation Apple TV, I could use the app Remote for artist, Albums, songs and playlists which was to play directly from the Apple TV remote. This allowed me to sit on the deck and set or change my playlist remotely while my Apple TV played on and on. I couldn't count on Airplay from my iPhone to the Apple TV because of being at the edge of my wireless connection. So I used the application to load a playlist on the Apple TV, which was always in range and connected to my stereo.

  With the 4th generation, I can't find an option to load remote a playlist, artist, album, or song. I can only handle what has been loaded using the physical remote control and a TV screen that beats my goal. I bought the 4th generation, because the 3rd generation could not access my subscription of Apple's music while the 4th generation can.

  Am I missing something or is the 4th generation Apple TV / Remote app missed something?

  Using a method rather than another is a personal preference, my preference as a coach and lecturer working in several different locations is to use Keynote for iOS, it has built in the remote control feature:

  Tap to go to the next slide

  previous slide scanning

  Pen tool marker on the screen

  the highlighter to screen

  the iPad displays the screen of the presenter, showing the next slide and notes of the speaker of the presentation on the Mac

  I love this little speaker. Such sound rich and vibrating a small unit. However, I realized that something was missing. I hung it on a portable turntable across the room.   Sorry for the late reply. No remote control and app are available for this Bluetooth speaker, however, this Chamber has a Bluetooth AVRCP profile that leaves your Bluetooth device control media playback.

  It will only allow you Select music and read by using your Bluetooth device. General controls like the volume control and turn the speaker and the cannot make the paired Bluetooth device.
