Subscription to Creative Cloud but cannot use software

Hello

I have sign up for cc student and downloaded the software I want to use, but I am unable to start.

I'm working on a windows PC 10 and already tried to disconect reconnect Creative Cloud app.

I also tried to restart my computer but it remains that I don't have to subscribe to a plan that I paid for this

    You can opt for the one application CC if the product is available. The CC app cannot be designed according to the choice.

    I currently have an active subscription to creative cloud for Photoshop. I wiped my PC just recently (Windows 8.1 - custom build), and on redownloading photoshop, she asked a serial number Photoshop launch when I use my log-in. I followed all directions:

    Hey, I spent a little time to sort this out so I can answer my own question, maybe you will help someone else in the same situation.

    Short answer is Yes you can.

    But if you have installed FB 4.7 under the creative cloud want to then cancel CC and using standalone FB 4.7 keep reading...

    Buy Creative Suite 5.5 and got FB 4.5

    Free upgrade to FB 4.6

    Started creative installed cloud 4.7 FB using that.

    Decided that I don't want creative cloud subscription, just FB 4.7.

    Bought an upgrade to FB Premium 4.7 as a standalone application.

    But... no installer for FB 4.7 Premium from my account downloads page. Adobe assumes that you get from CC

    Find a download, installed it and it would not accept the serial number of FB 4.7 level or serial number CS 5.5.

    Solution

    Call Adobe Support, they will guide you through the installation of the stand alone version w/o CC and give you a temporary key to complete the installation. Who has only had a few hours on the phone!

    Downside is that you must call whenever you install FB 4.7, is not good.

    It would be great if Adobe would put this information in a FAQ.

    Hello, as stated in the title, I recently bought a one year student membership to Cloud Adobe Creative suite, with the confirmation number provided by email. It's been more than 24 hours, and I still cannot download my purchase. When I click on the download button, the download starts, but is only to between 4 and 30% before stopping. Error messages that are returned are 201 or 1001. 201 refers to the Internet connection which, according to the website of my ISP, is fine. Referring to the 1001 error troubleshooting section offers all first uninstall the desktop app creative cloud and then reinstall it before you run the vacuum cleaner. However, I am unable to uninstall the trial version, only receives a message that uninstalling cannot happen because other applications use. None are open and even a restart does not solve the problem.

    Adobe phone service is naturally closed at the time wherever I come home from work, and their chat tool is inactive since purchase. So, I turn on the forums. If someone from Adobe can contact me, or if anyone in the Adobe community has useful advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

  • I regularly pay my subscription student Creative Cloud, but I still only have access to the trial versions of the programs.

    I can't understand how to access the support chat, and my subscription is for one year and was renewed in November.

    My billing information are up-to-date, regularly, my credit card gets charged and the Bills on my account are up-to-date as well.

    Whenever I try to contact support, it tells me to use the cat from 09:00 to 17:00, but there is no link to start the chat or access.

    I would really like to be able to use the products that I pay for.

    I have the fix, been makes me crazy, so had to go at the bottom of this, follow these steps (on Mac):

    Go / go to the folder / and Type ~/Library

    Next opening of Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

    Place opm.dp in the trash, make sure that you have to empty it if you cannot you must ensure all Quit creative cloud applications include Creative Cloud Desktop Application

    Then go / go to the folder / and type / library

    Next opening of Application Support / Adobe

    Scroll down and rename SLCache to SLCache_old

    also rename SLStore to SLStore_old

    That's all. Launch no matter what Application of CC, will launch the Application Manager, click to register, sign in, then the application should open without any problems

    Yes, you can use applications for commercial purposes.

    The EULA remains the same for Adobe applications, even if they are part of the creative cloud, you use the software as you were to do earlier.

    (1) right click on the Finder on dock icon and select the option "Go - To Folder."
    (2) you will get a text box, type in below mentioned command and then press 'return '.

    (3) it opens the etc folder, please search for the file named ""host " and copy the same office screen.it"

    (4) double click on the Hosts file, it will open it with TextEdit.
