  Strictly speaking, this is not really true. When running, the ResourceManager of IResourceBundles for localization, not deal with XML files or properties files. As long as you implement IResourceBundle, you can back it up with XML, properties, JSON, AMF files - what you want. The problem is that mxmlc will not build modules of resources for you what it is, with the exception of properties files, and cannot compile just resource bundles in a .swf using anything other than properties files. If you build your own interface to spit IResourceBundles, this could work, but it is probably more trouble that it's worth.

  (Assuming that you establish the link in the application) the best solution is to write a script to pre-process the XML in properties files.

  What is the method, or is it still possible reading the voltage and current of an SMU SMU-4138 measurements after the original configuration session has been closed?  I have a (relatively) long Teststand sequence that sets up the EMS to provide power to the ESA, then conducts tests and along the way I have to take the readings of SMU.  I was always under the impression, it is advisable to open and close the EMS quickly set up, but the 3-State programming model does not allow a way to jump into the running state of Init with channels VI, except through committed and engaged States and thus any stop in the process. The power measurement VI only works if you are in the Running State. Seems like a no-brainer, so what Miss me?

  It's BAD advice.  You open at the beginning of your program, you do whatever it takes with it inside your test (configure, read, etc.) program and you don't log off not until you stop your program.

  I have a new laptop Satellite A200 from 1 to 9 on Vista premium, with a multicard reader. I am using a 2 GB SD card, which, according to the user's guide, must be supported.

  However, when I put in, it is not upward on explore, even if the computer makes a noise when I insert or remove the card. I tried the drive with a 256 MB card, and it works fine. I know that the card works, as I've used it with an external card reader instead. The 2 GB is a good one too.

  I had a similar problem with a 2 GB SD card.

  I put it and then nothing happens. About 5-10 minutes later, Vista recognized the SD card.
  So, in my opinion, it's a Vista problem.

  I installed XP on the PC and the SD card has worked without delay.

  It might be useful, if you install all the latest Microsoft Updates for Vista, to eliminate the problem of plug-and-play.

  I have a loop in my code that uses a TCP read function. My problem is that the loop hangs if no data is available. What I would do is to check if the data is available, then make the move also read on to the rest of the code if no data is available, and then try again on the next pole.

  I guess as you exit the terminal timeout unwired. A number of wire it in milliseconds. If it expires you will get an error 56. Check the error code and if it is 56 you received no data; If there is no error, you read data.

  Thank you for your message.  Go to your computer manufacturer's website and download the drivers you need.  You can then transfer these drivers on your computer that do not correctly work with a USB key or external hard drive.  Please let us know if it did or did not help to solve your problem.

  It's a 2 machines virtual OVF (vcOPS). I tried to create the virtual machine and adding the VMDK but there are has so many OS errors when starting the operating system I think that maybe (hopefully), there is an easier way to do it.

  If the seller has exposed this information as an attribute via their XML file is the only way to see that by programming. I looked at a few aces Basler I, and none of them seemed to have this information. They have an attribute called PixelSize, but refers to the bits per pixel and not the physical size. I skimmed the GenICam Standard characteristic Naming Convention to see if there is a feature of GenICam standard for what you are looking for and have not seen one. Unfortunately, it seems that you will not be able to get this information programmatically.
