Issue of Configuration of folder of blackBerry Smartphones

How change/save the files in my BlackBerry?

I have my folder 'Camera' and in this folder, I have a file 'Camera' and a file 'memory of the device.

I wanted to have two files there, one of my pictures from the camera to my photos.

How can I change this?

My wife seems to be set up properly (which I think I did for her), but I don't know how she / I did it.

I thought about it now.

I made a new folder for 'Photos' and I added the images of my "device memory" - once I was, the record of the "memory of the device" had disappeared.

  • Folder/icon blackBerry Smartphones Yahoo! Mail question

When you add a Yahoo! Mail account on your BlackBerry (that is if you use Yahoo! Mail), it adds a folder in Yahoo! Mail on your BlackBerry screen (the icon is a folder with an icon of 'Y' purple & white).  I could have sworn that whenever you get new e-mail, folder would have some sort of marking icon showing that the mail was sitting inside, mine is not.  I haven't used my BlackBerry a few months that I was using my iPhone but have now retreated to the BlackBerry.  Anyway if anyone can confirm if the Yahoo! Mail folder on the screen is supposed to reflect the new messages (by image) I would appreciate it.  The only icon I've ever seen is at the top of the screen (the area where will your voicemail icon, etc.).

    Thank you.

I have a yahoo email that I rarely use so I had never even added it to my BB. But I just added so I could see what you see and possibly try to help. When I added the email I got the same icon you described. It's an envelope with the purple Y! This overlap. I myself sent a test email. The phone vibrates and I got a notification at the top of my screen that I get for all emails, but unfortunately, the icon remained unchanged which is quite annoying actually because it distinguishes only the folder that contains the new message. I'm sorry.

  • Integrated Message Folder - MISSING blackBerry smartphones

I hope someone can help me.  My built-in message folder is missing.  Can you please help me get back?  This is the folder by default with BB, which is home to all your messages, but more importantly still receives my messages from my main account (works) with BB.

First, do a simple reboot and see if it reappears: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    Otherwise:

    1. on your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL, so that ALL DISPLAY is checked.
    2. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.
If you don't see it still, look at the Options > advanced > Applications. Do you not see it listed there?

  • Issue of Compression on BB Curve blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

I have the CEO who said he was able to compress all attachments in an email before you send it.

Example, it would have a 100K jpeg and was able to provide compress 50K. He claims that he didn't this option more since I changed the policy to the server. I have looked everywhere and can not find this option more.

    Anyone know of such option?

  • Configuration of e-mail blackBerry Smartphones storm

I just got me a new storm, and I don't know how to set my personal email and school through microsoft outlook email on my blackberry. Can anyone help. I am also looking for some applications well too

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

Firstly - Outlook itself is not important... it is the mail servers talking to Outlook you need information for. The best way is to use the BRI interface based on the web via a PC browser - I find it much easier to deal with than the interface of the storm. To find your carriers BIS site, see this:

    http://www.BlackBerryFAQ.com/index.php/Where_can_I_log_into_my_BIS_account%3F

Then, use these instructions to set up your email:

    http://www.BlackBerry.com/BTSC/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB10154&SLIC...

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

    See you soon!

It seems that it is quite the problem, the number of threads with this question, but not answers.  Can someone walk me/us through a solution to this problem?

Sorry, but wrong... than KB deals from 2003 to 2007. There are several possible causes and resolutions in this article. If you focused only on the Cause of 2, then you have missed a lot.

  • Problem with deletion for the folder of blackBerry Smartphones

I try to organize my main screen to make that less cluttered. I created a new folder to store some of my apps in and called "Social Networking". I then he assigned an icon. I tried to move the YouTube app in the folder, and it reproduces itself. I can't remove the duplicates. I have restarted my unit, renamed the folder (which is only created yet another folder with the new name I could remove, but the troublesome file is still there) and I tried to move the folder. When I try to access the folder, nothing happens. I have 6 and updated OS up-to-date shortly after obtaining the unit on Halloween a few days ago. I got the camera from Sprint.

    Fixed it myself.

    1. Turning the phone off.
    2. Removed the battery.
    3. Waited a few seconds.
    4. Put the battery back in.
    5. Phone restarted itself. (Some phones may require you to do it yourself.)
  • Issues of Email in HTML of blackBerry Smartphones

OK, I have helped many people solve the problems after upgrading their operating system to get emails HTML on their BB, but for the life of me and short of wiping the phone and reload the operating system, mine is mysteriously stop working last week when I was out of town.

I rebooted, I maintain that 11-12 meg free most of the time, returned to the service books (several times) has verified that each e-mail address has active html.

e-mails older that I got before it works do not always appear in html, but the latest do not appear in html more.   Recently, I deleted all the emails and waited for new coming but still the same... any html.

any suggestion or anything else I missed before you wipe it and start over?

    Thank you!

As well as return service directories, have you tried deleting and time e-mail accounts to see if that makes a difference?

If you look under Messages | Options | E-mail settings, the HTML for EACH e-mail account is set to Yes?

It is to have multiple addresses, as on my device, my office is BES account, and I also have a gmail account. You can send from whichever you choose, in your case, the Bureau would be your main email account, I guess that BES.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones-box E-mail icon does not appear, but e-mail account is configured in fact

I have a problem with the icon on a Bold 9790 email box. This is the icon of the envelope with the blue turning the planet.

I have two email accounts configured in the Options-> e-mail accounts.

However, only one is displayed on the screen.

Who does not have the envelope-and-planet icon can receive messages in the global Messages menu, but it's confusing, because this mailbox emails mingle with calls, BBM and electronic messages in the Inbox mailbox on the other.

    How can I solve this?

  • BlackBerry smartphone messaging issue curve 9320

    Hi all!

the e-mail on my 9320 function does not work correctly. I have correctly configured my gmail on mydevice account and I get emails and receive notifications when they arrive, HOWEVER...

When I opened the email all I see is heading for the topic and who it is from, there is no message body. Looking back through my old emails, the only ones I have read completely are those that I received BlackBerry when I first set up my email confirming the installation. If I select answer or forward, it opens the E-mail project but then the email app is closed completely and I'm suddenly brought to my home screen.

    What I've tried so far:

-Turning device and turn it on again

-removal and setting up my email account once again

-wear the device to where I bought it. they offered to download blackberrydesktop on my PC Manager and backup then restore my phone. I did it without a change in behavior from my blackberry

Any help or advice is much appreciated

Hello and welcome to the community!

With a strong carrier network (for example, not only WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message from your BB... Please wait just before moving on to the next step):

    1) register HRT

    • KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with wireless network
    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    2) Remove and return Service books

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    3) restart

    • With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes.
    • See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your configurations for the relevant accounts. Otherwise, you need to consider a full reload OS... to prepare, please visit link for Backup in my auto signature on this post.

    Good luck!
