  Good question and I'm happy/unhappy if that tells you anything. I received Dell Pro place 11 5130 in January and I had to send it in May and now I have problems with it again. The way which I feel just now, the Surface Pro looks a lot better and I didn't hear any complaints from the new version that came out. The problem with this Dell Tablet, in my opinion, is that they had to put together people who do not know what they were doing. I don't know if Dell did this or not; they should have some customers try the BETA versions of these tablets over a period of 6 to 12 months and then, after that all the kinks are out, sell. They were too much eagerness to compete with other manufacturers, and in this regard, did not quite right, that they should have, because more people return them, sending them back for repairs and or sell them.

  How for MAC OSX users below...

  (1) in the OSX of Blackberry Desktop Software version, click on Applications at the top right.

  (2) check updates (it will show that your software is up to date)

  (3) click on [see the other Versions]

  (4) to select the operating system you want to downgrade to.

  Recently, I upgraded my LG Storm for the Blackberry Storm, and he received the day after Christmas.  I spent all night on the phone with Verizon customer service trying only why my phone keeps restarting and stopping himself.  This was even after I download Blackberry Desktop and put Manager upgraded to the new software.  Verizon's CS could not understand why this has happened and shipped me another one which is schduled to arrive not later than Tuesday.  Im a bit annoyed because I originally for the curve but I knew that the curve had been out for a while and I wanted to not Verizon to go out with the curve of new and improved (8900) because I would not like that... lol... and I got the storm to an as much (149.00) I could not beat this price.  When the phone has not been rebooted itself with that I managed to play it a little bit and it is really easy to use outside the switching of the letters and numbers when text mode n landscape.  Bus, aside from that, the email and myspace for mobile installation was child's play.  I hope the next I get works or well I will return it for the curve.  If anyone has heard or have lived this restart/stop function let me know...

  You do not have to have an account or access to the BIS server - but if you do, you can do things like send your service books or the program installation/change on your BB email accounts without having to call your service provider (i.e. Verizon).  Account e-mail setup/changes can be done form the device but I don't know a way to return the service form books the unit itself - I think that you are only option are access via the BIS site I've provided or call the technical support of your provider.

  This is the third time this year I hadmy laptop fail.
  He had 2 hard drives and replaced PCB. Then a display problem has been occurring intermittently for some time and now that the point of being unusable.

  I just realized that the reason for problems with my graphics applications have been all along because of the faulty GPU. I lost a lot of time trying to make this machine to work with countless and frustration and restore blue screen according to the factory State.

I got it with this camera and I'm not happy to go through another round of repairs. I bought a new machine and ended up with a loser of second hand.

• I've upgraded to window 10, but not happy with windows 10 I returned to windows 7, but I'm unable to log on to the pc. the pointer of the mouse and keyboard are frozen device, even in safe mode.

  You have a Windows 7 installation disc?

  As you cannot start your computer at all, I suggest to run a Startup Repair to repair the damaged boot system files and try to boot into normal mode. See the section: How to use Startup Repair in the following link.

  If this does not help, try to boot from a disc to install Windows 7 on the Windows recovery environment mode and then try to run the Startup Repair tool and check if you are able to start normally with mouse and keyboard.

• Not happy with iTunes 12

  I have a MP4 video that I paid for and downloaded (so it is not hacked) and after the converted online into a MOV file I am more able to import videos into iTunes. I converted MP4 files of MOV files and imported into iTunes several times in the past with no problems - until iTunes 12 came. NOW, if I want to import videos into iTunes I buy a $40 conversion program to download iTunes to recognize and play the video. I imagine that people will have similar problems with the import of videos taken with their cameras and smart phones. This is NOT acceptable. Apple if you PLEASE correct it.
